First PH Cycle Preparation

First, I’m still trying to decide whether it makes sense or is a waste of time and effort to pulse Epistane. I’m leaning towards pulsing and running longer - 6 weeks. Then again I’ve read that pulsing is a waste and doesn’t minimize sides.

My lifting is simple - squats/deadlifts/military press/bench press/rows/pull-ups

I eat clean and have been training (5x5) for over a year.

I’m looking to gain mass and keep it.

Options

Pulse Epi EOD 20/30/30/40/40/40
PTC - Nolva 30/20/10

No Pulse Epi 20/30/40/40
PTC - Nolva 30/20/20/10

Thoughts?

Pulsing seems wasteful in my opinion. I’m running epi on 40mg for 4 weeks then Nolva 40/40/20/20.
Eat alot!

I’ve read so many opinions on PCT for Epi. Is 40 really necessary for two weeks? Have you run a Epi PCT before? I’ve read about a few lunetics who skip PCT and others who take 2 SERMS 10 supps…

Dont pulse it.

Run 40mg/day the whole time.

Use the SERM Nolva for you PCT. Run it 40/40/20/20 — mg/day

Supplements: Milk Thistle, NO! saw palmetto, Hawthorne berry if your worried (I wouldn’t be). Fish oil, thats about it.

Appreciate it, Westclock. Is there any reasoning behind the suggestion to stop taking creatine while on cycle? Now I just need to let the SSRI I’m taking get out of my system and I’m ready to go. Would you recommend the preload liver supps?

Thanks again.

Creatine isn’t going to hurt on cycle. Theres debates it plays a toll on your liver but you’ll be taking milk thistle. I’d preload the thistle a week in advance b4 your cycle

Liver?

You mean kidneys. Either way creatine is not a problem for people with fully functioning organs.

Yeah, my bad.

I appreciate the guidance so far. Change in plans however. My better half has convinced me not to go off my SSRI - for obvious reasons. Being reasonable, I agreed. So, I’ll be returning the Nolvadex I ordered and sourcing Toremifene citrate for my research subject. I’d like to confirm my experiment parameters for a 4 week PCT (if 3 weeks is not sufficient).

My research suggests Toremifene citrate 90/60/60/30 (mg/day)or 1.5/1.0/1.0/0.5 (ml/day).

Thoughts?

A question about cortisol control… I’ve read two approaches to handling cortisol during PCT. The first is to dose high at the beginning and taper off. The second is to wait a bit and then ramp it up as I taper off the Toremifene.

Suggestions?

Did the research on anti-cortisol… From what I gathered it seems to be overlooked by many as part of PCT. This is the experimental cycle I finally decided to go with based on my goals, safety/health considerations of my research subject, finances etc.

Week 1:
Epistane - 10/20/30/40/40/40/40

Week 2:
Epistane - 40/40/40/40/40/40/40

Week 3:
Epistane - 40/40/40/40/40/40/40

Week 4:
Epistane - 40/40/40
Toremifene - 120/120/120/90
Clen - 20/40/60/80
X-Lean - 150/150/150/150

Week 5:
Toremifene - 90/90/90/60/60/60/60
Clen - 100/120/120/120/120/120/120
X-Lean - 150/150/150/100/100/100/100

Week 6:
Toremifene - 60/60/60/60/60/60/60
Clen - 120/120/120/120/120/120/120
X-Lean - 100/100/100/50/50/50/50

Week 7:
Toremifene - 60/60/60/30/30/30/30
Clen - 120/120/120/100/100/80/80
X-Lean - 50/50/50

Week 8:
Toremifene - 30/30/30
Clen - 80/60/60

Any last minute experience/advice would be welcome. I think this is a pretty solid plan. I may end up running Epi for another week at 40 as I have two bottle (rather than saving the other for a second cycle).

Crossing my fingers and hoping this extensive research pays off… I’m trying to keep my expectations low.

The only thing that can make this experiment go south is bad sides…

Thanks for your help - I’ll keep you posted.

Need a sanity check… I just received my tore SERM. It is a blue gel-type substance with white granules suspended in it. Can someone confirm this is the real deal?
