as you know ive had brutal anxiety day in and out with depression and derealisation disorder. i dont get a break from adrenaline all day it feels like im having a panic attack its brutal. i started trt to see if it will help atleast a little with these conditions and my physical issues of struggling to gain muscle, low libido. ( im 35 years old )
i take 50mg of this gel thats 1% and i rub it on my shoulders daily. im hoping to see some kind of improvements in the next few weeks.

my other 2 posts one had my blood results. im on 50mg cream i iimagine it shouldnt bump t up too much. i take gabapentin its not working for anxiety. i tried ssris no luck
lexapro is an ssri bro. hope youre doing well anxiety is so brutal i know it all to well
For how long? SSRIās usually take 6+ weeks to show clinical benefit.
For about a decade brother i was on tons of ssris celexa initially worked but not anymoreā¦ ive tried going back on it no luck. ive tried lexapro, celexa, effexor, cymbalta, zoloft, pristque and a few others and each of these i tried for 4 months upwards to multiple years beleive it or not. just saying i gave them a good chance but no luck
SSRIās were quite effective for me in the context of reducing thought loops
I take SNRI now
Other than a rash I got on my neck, I couldnāt tell you I was taking anything with Strattera which is an SNRI. Maybe it has be so subtle it has tricked me haha.
