There are ways to get bloodwork without your doc ever knowing.
Privatemdlabs is one, cost 50 bucks. It’s worth knowing where you stand hormonal wise if you are gonna be cycle for awhile.
Not everyone needs an AI, like I said before some do, just because you think you don’t, don’t advise someone else they don’t need it.
And really checking your nips everyday? That’s not a sure sign of high estrogen, there are other problems associated with high e2 that can’t be seen.

Lab work is $100+ from the labs I’ve already been to. Privatemedlabs is in the US. I listed other high E symptoms. Feel free to list any other ones I didn’t cover. And just because someone needs an AI, doesn’t mean everyone else does too and vice versa. I’m not advising to not use it. Simply to start without and add it in if necessary. Adex works quite quickly if any symptoms do appear.

Didn’t I just say not everyone needs it and some do?
And telling people to start without it, is advising someone not to do so. If you don’t then great, I agree less is better in this case, and with certain doses of test I don’t use an AI, but I know I don’t need one because I’ve had bloodwork to show I dont. But I don’t advise people to not so the same as me.
Lef.org worth the membership just for yearly bloodwork sales. I buy 3 male hormone panels, 2 metabolics and about 4 e2 only tests a year from them during their sale. Use them throughout the year at my leisure. Of course I blast and cruise on TRT so I require more monitoring than a whipper snapper does.
My health is priceless, rather order bloodwork than a new pair of jeans.
My advice is do a pre cycle panel and a mid cycle one, adjust, retest, iterate.
You might have to vape a little less or not do bottle service once or twice. Do it. Thank me later.
