First Cycle

Info:
Height: 5’10
Weight: 85kg
BF: 13%

Bench: 110kg
Deadlift: 170kg
Squat: Havent maxed squat due to a history of compression fractures

Goals: Mass (leg size) > Strength

Been lifting for 5 years, started at 140lb/63kg. This will be my first cycle and my goal is to put on some mass, I would like to put on another 10kg (this includes post cycle). The reason for the choice of gear is down to availability and simplicity.

I did have Acne issues as a teenager so I will be getting hold of some cream, can’t remember the name though.

I’m looking to run:

W 1-10 Sus 250mg mon/thurs
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)
week 16-18 nolva 40/20/20

Well sust needs to be pinned EOD because of the prop ester and your pct should start week 13 not 16, and ran for 4 weeks, 40/40/20/20 your adex looks good

W 1-12 W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)

Trying to keep the cost down as much as I can.

Can test enth be taken on monday/thursday cycles? It would be easier with my schedule to implement that sort of procedure.

Test e can be shot twice a week on Monday and thursday and it tends to be a better choice for people new to pinning, due to the fact your only pinning twice a week instead of EOD and tends to be less painful in some. If you can get your hands on E I’d go with that instead but that’s just me

Also getting hold of Nolva is becoming a bit of a pain here in Aus. I was told of a site called Cem products? anyone know or used this?

Edit: Oh and thoughts on Nolva in Liquid form?

I’m sure the majority Of people have used liquid Nolva I’ve never had a problem with any.

Nolva in liquid is fine, add some dextrose if its overpoweringly gross

Some are even flavored :slight_smile:

I had acne as a teenager and ran my first cycle and got zero acne, I also consume a lot of good fats I think that helped
