First Cycle with Sust 270

Hello, thank you for taking the time read my questions. I did not think I was going to have to post on any site about this but my “sources” are giving me conflicting answers.

Facts:
Age: 25
Height: 5’10’’
Weight: 190lbs
BF: 18%

History: Wrestler in middle school and high school. Weight training since middle school (6 years). I was always the heavy weight guy or 215lb. After high school I weighed 230lbs and wore size 36 pants. Over the next few years I began different diet plans and brought myself down to 175lbs. I am currently at 190 in size 32 waist. I am at the gym Mon-Fri 6pm-8pm. I am currently on the anabolic diet and have been for the last 5 months.

Cycle history/goals: I want to net at least 10-lbs (or more) of lean muscle on this cycle. I know that seems like a bit of a range but I have never ran gear before so I am not sure how I will react. I figured the best way to get answers is ask those who have experience. So I asked two of my friends who have ran gear before in the past. These are what they told me.

Gear used: Sust 250/270 (read below why 270 is in there)

Friend A: He tells me to run sust 250 at 500mg a week (mon and thurs) for 10 weeks. Use clomid 3 weeks after last pin at 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks ED.

Friend B: He tells me to run Sust 250 at .5cc/125mg twice a week for 10 weeks. He says that since it is my first cycle you want to get all different strands to benefit the most. Being my first cycle, I “should” see pretty good gains with not having to use a lot of sust. He suggested clomid also suggested clomid at the same dosage. He also said to start clomid one day after last pin (???).

I am a little worried that they are both misinformed. After researching on my own I have still come up with different results. Most people have said sust has to be ran at 500mg a week (or in my case 540mg) to see good gains. Every now and then I will see one person that says 250/270mg a week will yield good results. I was able to use a local guy for sust 250 but when I picked it up it was actually Sust 270. I am the type of guy that I like to do A LOT of research, especially when putting stuff into your body, before I start. Before I start this cycle I just don’t want to be wasting my time or money by not doing it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well locate some. What does your training look like now?
I’m asking these questions because moral advice aside I’m not sure you’re ready to go on gear. It’s not a magic fix it’s more a fast forward button. If you carry extra weight and don’t have a good program and nutrition it will get you nowhere faster. I ask because you don’t have everything in place to start responsibly either. So my first response is don’t. Don’t take it. Don’t mess up your hormone profile because the guys who were helping you had no idea what they were doing and giving you advice that was general and unspecific. Start in the stickies in this forum and it will point you in the right directions. Start reading the information there and delete the brand name from your initial post.

Also. Sust is just test in different esters. So in your research just read testosterone and don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be.

To answer your questions;

As stated in my first post, I follow the anabolic diet very closely. -25g carbs a day with high fat and protein intake. I carry a little extra weight but I eat correctly and lift accordingly. I take a few supplements (whey, casein, multi-vitamin, fish oil, purple wraath). My gym schedule is just as organized. Monday through Friday, 6pm-8pm. Sometimes I will throw a Saturday in. I appreciate all the advise so far and knowledge you have shared. I should have been a bit more clear, but I don’t not plan to start this till I have all my ducks in a row. I am simply trying to gain more knowledge as you have seen my two friends have very limited knowledge about it. Both are strong and have very different body types so it is hard for me to pick which one to listen to.
