Then dont say you eat like a pig you fuckin dumbass. Youre not gonna get any help when you lie. Shit youre probably even lying about how much you eat and its still hardly anything. Your training is probably very similar too and you blame working a lot for not putting in the effort. Have your wife help you prep your meals for the week. If she cant then spend 2 hrs a week doing it yourself. Its not hard youre just fuckin lazy Just like your research on steroids.
