just started my first cycle. plan to blast and cruise for the rest of my life. this is what i plan on doing (im on week 3)
week 1-5: 35mg of test every day. and retatrutide but the dose varies for this
(this is during a bulk about 200-500 caloric surplus)
get bloods drawn, if e2 is in check then up the test
week 6-15: 50mg of test everyday. will probably stop taking reta but idk yet
end bulk and start cut
week 16-20: 50mg of test every day, higher dose of retatrutide
week 21: 50mg of test everyday, retatrutide and 20mg of anavar every day
week 22: 50mg of test everyday, retatrutide, and 30mg of anavar every day
week 23-29: 50mg of test everyday , retatrutide, and 40mg of anavar everyday
then just go down to trt dose of test till next cycle. for reference im 21 (yes im young. yes im aware of the bad things that come with gear. yes im aware i dont need it.) and ive been lifting for 4 years. also started my cycle sub 10% body fat. i workout 6x a week running and upper lower split. i dont plan on using an AI unless i really need one. i would rather lower my test dose than having to add an AI.
