First Cycle - Test Prop - Log

Bloodwork from exactly 12 days in came back.

I have a feeling the “Tren” was Test - total Test level was >1500, and free test was 67.2 ng/dL. That seems excessive if the Test dose was the only Test in the system, as my Test dose was only at about 250mg/wk, which isn’t that much past a TRT dose as I understand it.

Liver values were all elevated, although everything except ALT was in range (ALT was 55).

Cholesterol was in the tank - HDL 15 / LDL 140 and I’m normally at about 50 HDL : 110 LDL, so that’s a big change. But I genetically have great cholesterol levels so I’m not worred about these returning to baseline after getting off.

Finally, as suspected Estradiol was low - 7 pg/ml. Good to know moving forward to tweak Adex ranges.

I’m currently one week off, have run nolva / adex all week and will be stopping those today. Assuming HPTA is doing fine for the next week then I’m back on 11/16 with (hopefully) real tren this time.

Wanted to give a big cumulative update.

Went back on 3 weeks ago and decided to run 4 weeks straight into competition. I’m running UGL quality Test which from past blood work I’m pretty confident is underdosed, so take the below dosages with that grain of salt:

70mg Tren Ace ED (reason to believe this is well dosed)
100mg Test Prop ED (again, suspected underdose)
10mg Nolva
.25 Adex a week (given Test dose is same as last cycle, and last cycle I crashed E2 on .25 Adex EOD, I’m letting it ride a bit this time to check how I respond with as-needed Adex)

  • Tren is pretty awesome. I’ve had minimal sides on 70mg, only thing I’ve noticed was the first couple nights my body temperature was high at night and had some minor night sweats, and some minor weird dreams. About 6-7 days in that pretty much went away.
  • The first 10 days of Tren I was seeing fat loss on a daily basis. I’ve stabilized since then and am trying to hold steady at my current bodyweight.
  • I’m 20 days in at this point and have seen NO strength gains from either the Tren or the Test. Maybe because I wasn’t that weak to start with, or maybe because this has been powerlifting peaking so my volume hasn’t been that high. Or, maybe because it’s a peaking cycle and I’m consistently driven into the ground from the intensity I just haven’t been able to see the strength gains the fatigue is covering up.

Just ordered bloodwork today, will see if anything is in the danger zone and if not I’ll be upping Tren to 100mg ED for the last week.
