First Cycle Results...

Unfortunately i didnt take pics before. Best i have is a clothes pic, but you can see how thin i am pretty much.

Unfortunately all i had was a camera phone, bit grainy. This is me at 200lbs, not 215.

another grainy pic. me at 200lbs. obviously im still fairly thin relatively speaking, since i am 6’4.

those pics i am about 13%body fat (i feel less than that but that is what the electronic body fat calc machine says, although they are notorious for a poor standard deviation).

A note on what i ate. I mentioned i ate when i was hungry and didnt gorge myself. My appetite did increase and i ate more than double i normally would in a day. My diet was pretty much any food that came along (except tried to stay away a bit from sugars), however as i mentioned i supplemented my protein with shakes to get close to 2grams/lb of body weight per day. Seemed to do the trick.

You are not 13%bf there. I’d say under 10%. Those machines are bullshit.

I appreciate you owning up and posting your pictures, though they don’t really give us much of an idea of what is going on.

Were you really that skinny before your cycle…? Good thing you didn’t post up asking for advice here.

Yes i was that skinny b4 my cycle. However, i am new to trying a cycle but not new to working out. I am 31yrs old now. I have yoyo’d my whole life with working out and the gym. I used to be 6’4 155lbs after highschool b4 working out lol. So 175lbs was after working out over the years, where i would usually peak at about 190lbs.

If i was working out hard before the cycle i would probably have had a starting point of 190lbs and had less gains doing a cycle. No doubt about it.

Now some people here i have noticed seem to think hormone therapy should only be used for those that are serious body builders. I disagree. The main goal however should be safety in how much and how you utilize them.

Hormone therapy is so common in this day and age. I know many men past the age of 50 that have had a serious drop in libido and become depressed only to find out that their test levels are ridiculously low. Some younger people have the same problem.

Test/deca is also being used for aids patients to put on muscle (just injections and not working out at the gym).

I have no desire to become a massive guy and plan to only hover at 220lbs but semi-cut. I will probably do one more cycle down the road and laying out a strict diet regime for comparison purposes. Although i realize that my initial gains were largely in part due to the fact that i did not start working out till my cycle start.

Again, i think the key point is safety, always should be. These are very potent hormones/drugs that no doubt can hurt someone when used incorrectly.
