First Cycle Results, Last 4 Weeks to Go

First cycle. I know I will get flack because I started with a weak base. I know everyone says to train to genetic potential over the course of years before starting gear. I didn’t. Unfortunately this is the best pic I have because I forgot to take a shirtless before picture. The first picture is me the day after I got out of rehab and moved into my recovery house. I’m an alcoholic in recovery. I’m clean and sober and have been since I went into rehab. I felt down on myself of course. Very bad self image issues, always have. Bought some gear and hit the ground running. For the past 5 months my life has revolves around training, eating, and sleeping. I’m in the gym 14-18 hours a week. I eat around the clock. All the foods my body needs. I track macros. Sleep is a priority for me. Anyway my cycle is as follows:

(Weeks 1-20) 275mg test e (e3d)

That’s it! I rotate the quads because it’s easiest for me. Didn’t need the adex I had on hand until a like 2 weeks ago. Still tryna dial that in without crashing my e. I do fee better for a few days when I take it. Usually .5mg. Anyway that pic was from a couple weeks ago right before the body acne started popping up.

nothing solves this like working to be in the best shape you’ve ever been in.

Speaking of addiction: If I’ve been asked this one times, I’ve been asked 100 times, “How do you have the dedication to (something related to bodybuilding or being in shape)?”

I would reply, “Don’t confuse my addiction to bodybuilding with dedication.”

Gaining muscle is extremely addicting IMO.

"This is a very, very addictive feedback loop.

Leaves you always wanting more and more. More muscle, more confidence, more strength.

You get more, and you want more still."–Unknown

Jesus man. Great before and afters.

The book called The Power of Habit mentions how we can not change habit loops. For instance, if you were a smoker and your cue when you wanted a cigarette was “I’m stressed.” Then the cigarette cures the stress. Well, there’s no way to undo the habit loop of “I’m stressed and need something to fix it,” but what we can do is substitute a new behavior. It seems you’ve done that with exercise and a side of sauce

Good for you for staying sober and finding a more positive habit.

Exactly. Not a fan of someone in recovery jumping to another addictive and illegal substance. Anybody who says steroids aren’t addictive had never taken them.

Unreal! And just on 275 test this is very impressive. Good job and congrats on your sobriety.

I’m also a recovering alcoholic. Came off my first cycle and tren was in the mix… Super bad combo for being less than a year sober. Relapse shortly followed and life was shit for a whole year. Be cautious, brother keep up the good work :call_me_hand:t3::pray:t3:
