I know the regulars probably get this question alot but I got a wrinkle for you and I need some experienced knowledge so here goes.
I am eyeballing trying my first cycle so I am going to start as mild as possible with anavar 40-60mg a day for 8-12 weeks. Following with a pct of either clomid, nolva, or torem but here’s the wrinkle
Alot of people say clomid makes them feel really depressed but its the best you can get for kick starting your hpta following a cycle. I would much rather use the best but I am already prone to depression and I have a kid I can’t be all f-Ed up and take care of her. However fallowing anavar the suggested doses are smaller than other AAS’s like 50mg a day instead if 150 would this significantly reduce my risk of this. What should I do.
Your sincere help and knowledge would be appreciated
Agreed with the above. Your picture clearly shows you’re not ready for steroids. And your depression certainly makes it a bad idea.
On top of that, anavar-only cycles are ridiculously ineffective, especially at the dose you’re talking about. AND studies show that anavar is VERY suppressive, much more than one would probably expect. At any dose. Which makes taking it without at least a TRT dose of testosterone a pretty poor idea. So you’re gonna end up tanking your testosterone for likely less than 5 lbs of muscle. Then you’re gonna have to go through PCT, which for many is just awful. You risk potentially never recovering completely. And you won’t keep your gains for long.
Also, clomid-only pct’s are not more effective than nolva-only. It surprises me than anyone would choose clomid over nolva.
And shit, I just saw you have a kid. What the hell, man? Now I’m curious. You’re obviously not a competitive athlete of any sort. What are you trying to get out of this? If you’re just trying to look better to get girls or something, get your diet better and lift harder. I can assure you that the path you’re considering is not the right one for that goal.
Thank you all for the advice. As far as puberty related gyno. That is the lighting I’m 29 years old I can assure you not tge case. My goal with it was to look better from a pride standpoint.

I don’t think you understand what pubertal gyno is. It’s something that develops during puberty and stays with you. So being 29 has nothing to do with anything.
