First Cycle Pains

Hello,

I’m 29 and LOVE training. When given enough time it has become common for me to average 20-25 sessions per week. Obviously, I crash hard after a week or two. I decided to try a cycle in order to help with recovery and see if I can have my cake and eat it in a way. Everywhere I read people say that they feel “invincible” while on the cycle. I’ve been doing the below training for 4 weeks then started my cycle a week ago when it was starting to get too much for my body to handle. Issue is, I don’t feel invincible. My whole body hurts, but oddly enough I can still lift the same and row as fast, even set personal records. I just want to know if anyone else has similar experience. Any thoughts?

Started a week ago doing:
W 1-10 Test Enth 250mg E3D
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)

Reduced my training to only keep the intense sessions…
Mon Session 1: Pull-ups, barbell curls, bent over rows.
Mon Session 2: Rowing machine (about an hour of intervals).
Tues Session 1: Deadlift, front squat.
Tues Session 2: Rowing machine (1k w/u, 2x2k).
Wed Session 1: Bench, DB shoulder press, push press.
Wed Session 2: Rowing machine (similar to Mon).
Thursday Session 1: Rowing on the water, steady 6-10 km.
Thursday Session 2: Rowing machine, same as Tues Session 2.
Friday Session 1: Parallel grip pull-up, DB curls, narrow grip barbell curl.
Friday Session 2: Rowing machine, same as Tues Session 2.
Saturday Session 1: Rowing on the water, 1 km intervals (usually about 4).
Saturday Session 2: Squats, hack squats.
Sunday Session 1: Rowing on the water, 500 m intervals (usually about 4).
Sunday Session 2: Overhead barbell press, DB bench, dips.

All my lifts (not including w/u sets) are 5x5 except for the pull-ups and dips where I try to increase reps every week. For lifts, I pick a weight and do it for all 5 sets. If it’s too light I go heavier the next week. I try to keep the variance in the sets to a minimum.

I going to in my 2 cents; your issue may not be anything other then overtraining. When was your last lay off? Personally, I hurt almost every day but it’s in the muscle, no real joint issues but my back would kill me if I gave that 100%.
