First Cycle for Athletic Gains

Obviously there must be a limit but I know of lineman & outside linebackers who are on doses of around 1g a week.

The league I’m going into actually adopted their testing method from the NFL a number of years ago too… and let’s not even talk about college football testing procedures.

FWIW I’m running 300mg of Test C a week for 16 weeks. My pre cycle blood test actually showed borderline low Test levels

300 mg Test C for 16 weeks is the best first cycle ever seen.

I prefer to start with 250 mg 12-14 weeks with 1000UI HCG weekly (keep the nuts working, easier PCT) to see how estrogens affects you, but 50 mg more really doesn’t care.

Just see, if you aromatize, have an AI in your hand.

If you see any sides, look up about use “DIM” first than Tamox/Arimidex, etc.

Do you know what PCT are you going to run?

Appreciate the advice I will keep that in mind.

For PCT, i will go with Chlomid & Nolva but I’m still torn on dosing. At first I was going the 40/40/20/20 & 50/50/25/25 but have also seen a lot of people suggest just running at 20 & 25 for 6 weeks

Make 2 weeks of hcg… 500ui 3 times per week

After that, make nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20 (6 weeks) and clomid 100/100/50/50/50 (5 weeks)

Then u have to be recovered…

Post your results after the PCT

Why use two SERMs, and at such high doses? You’re only going to get more side effects and little to no extra recovery

I prefer to go high than go low and don’t recover :grinning:

But if I feel good at the 4th week, I stop the pct.

So very very late update, but finished my first circle way earlier this year!

I ran Test C, 350mg a week for 16 weeks. Loved the feeling of being on test, and loved the recovery from training.

I gained around 8lbs and looked a fuck load leaner but I did have some issues with E2, it Flaired up twice during cycle - main symptoms was horrific training and moon face, bloods backed it up and arimidex worked it out.

Since this cycle I have been slowly cutting and due to an injury and surgery have been on TRT (160mg)
