If you are dead set on doing a cycle then do it right.
- Start with blood work to know where you stand now and have a reference point for mid and post cycle blood work. Without this info you are flying blind.
- Since it is your first cycle then keep it simple. Go Test only, 400-500mg/week. Otherwise, if you have strange side effects you will not know which drug is causing the problem
- Keep an AI handy if you start experiencing high E symptoms
- For PCT just pick one or the other. It seems people have their preferences, but no real need to use both. Again, keep things simple
So the cycle may look like…
Weeks 1-12: 200mg Test E every 3 days
AI as needed
Weeks 13-14: Nothing
Weeks 15-18 Clomid 50/25/25/25
As for your actual goal, seeing your abs, that hardly seems like a goal worthy of a steroid cycle. Have you ever gotten you BF% to 10% or below? I know for me I can easily see flexed abs once I get below 12%. I find it hard to believe that after 19 years of training that you don’t have enough muscle mass to see abs if you were to get lean.
