Got my results back:
Testosterone 22.3 nmol/1
Sex hormone binding Globulin 13.4 nmol/1
Free Androgen Index 166.4%
Oestradiol: 171.5 pmol/1
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone 4.21 mIU/1
From the report:
Test was within the upper range limits.
Globulin was on the lower limits.
Free Androgen was above the limits by 70%
Oestradiol was above the limit by 16pmol/1
Any advice going forward? Must I run the AI still?
Whenever you post labs its common sense to include ranges
No free t3? Id get more thyroid tests. Tsh is pretty high.

I asked for full thyroid and free test but this is what they gave me.

well, you’ll prolly feel better if you do. plus, you want that under control before you even think about another cycle. if E2 is high now, it ain’t gonna get any better later on…
This is the sloppiest attempt at a cycle I’ve seen here. Your understanding of the hormones, drugs and endocrine system is very poor. You are not ready for this.

Took the report to a gp today and he wanted to put me on progesterone to combat the oestrogen levels.
My medical wouldn’t cover the one shot of progesterone that lasts six months according to him (forgot the name starts with n)
So he put me on depo-testosterone, one shot every week for four weeks.
Does that seem right? Already took first shot as he’s a doctor and assumed he would know his shit.

what?
progesterone increases the effects of estrogen…
the depo testosterone will increase your test, but i doubt it’s gonna do much as far as positively affecting your estrogen.
you might need to get a new doctor.
EDIT: i just re-read your labs, and saw that you have high test already… this doctor is a freakin’ quack. you just need to get your E2 under control, man.

A drug dealer would be better suited to helping me out… I asked for an ai specifically and only when the nurse came to give the injection did she say depo test cause it’s thick oil based… Worst part is my medical actually paid that idiot for that consultation and I injection…
I’ll contact my guy and sort out an ai the non legit way… Guess safer.
I thought since I did the lab tests the right way I could get legal medical help to get the ai on a script and run it through my medical aid… Guess my luck hasn’t changed…

Are you interpreting the diagnosis correctly?
Do you display drug seeking behavior? I could get this stuff prescribed easily in my former country with just a wink and a nod.

It was definitely depo testorone 2ml of concentrate 100mg.
I thought as I was having a consultation for my throat infection I would ask him to look at the lab results and administer arimidex or another AI on a medical script.
His first reply - it’s not to bad leave it let it go down by itself.
I said No i want something to fix it.

I am reading through your thread and appreciate you being honest about the ups and more so the downs through your first cycle. Im in the last week of my first and haven’t had nearly as many problems as you. Ok, I haven’t had any, really. My profession has made it easy to pin myself in the correct area so I can avoid soreness in the ass. I also have not had an infection at the injection site. Are you swabbing the vial with an alcohol swab and storing it properly before each shot>?
Hope you take the advice of the veterans in here and lay off the gear for a bit. Being older, I can say Im glad I waited and even though I’ve had massive results through my first cycle, I’m really looking forward to getting off it after this week and detoxing my body and going through PCT. Luckily for me I had a couple great people help me with my cycle, dosage, and PCT therapy. And did lots of research with them before doing it. Both of them were never pushy and always warned me about what I was doing.

Na not Nolva, had Nolva on hand and used it in PCT to end my cycle.
I had a bit of cough syrup with codeine so was groggy but definitely starts with a N, Naio something, had two vowels after the N lol.
Yeah I have been very careful with the swapping of the vial and of the site - bought 200 alchol pads and used at least 3-4 each time I shot.
Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. Definitely going to wait a while until looking at AAS again, been concentrating on my diet and training, just sick atm so haven’t trained since Friday.
I think my biggest problem was inexperience and I was over eager to do it. I trusted the wrong people, did it at the wrong time, and did it the wrong way. I came to the forum to share that advice, and ask for help in how to fix it so there is no long lasting damage.
I am thankful for all the advice and help I have got here. Some guys comments come off as a bit harsh, but tbh I know I acted rashly and stupidly and take it on the chin.

PS I started this forum with two intentions, one was obviously to get advice from the experienced guys, EatListSleep advice and knowledge really has been priceless and beyond useful, and a big shout out to everyone else who took time out to help give advice on where I was going wrong - which as seen from this forum was a LOT.
The second reason was I wanted to give an honest review from a newbie who ran his first cycle with not enough knowledge, a lot of excitement and a lot of rash decisions. I know I made a lot of mistakes along the way but the reason I blogged it all is so the next guy starting out doesn’t follow in those awful footsteps…
