First Cycle AI Questions

Wanting feedback about my first cycle…
Stats:
27 years
Years training 4.5
BF:12%
Weights 5 times, cardio 2 twice a week.

Cycle breakdown:
W 1-12 Test Cyp 200mg E3D Total 400mg a week
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)

Wait two weeks before starting PCT.

PCT:
Nolvadex
40mg ED week 1-2
20mg ED week 3-4

Question:
1)I would like to still run AI(Aromasin to be specific) but when should I start it and when should I stop Adex?
2) what recommended dosage for Aromasin for the above cycle?

I also have been thinking of running HCG during my last weeks of the cycle any thoughts about this ?

i’m confused… you want to run aromasin instead of arimidex, or you want to run it in PCT?

as far as the HCG, you could run it the whole cycle, or you could run it at the end. 500 iu/wk works for most guys, and i would just suggest that you stop it 1 week prior to the Nolvadex…

with the Nolva, i’d suggest 6 weeks at 20 mg/night instead of what you have set up.

The reasoning behind switching from adex,during cycle, to Aromasin(for PCT ) is because adex doesn’t work well with Novla. In terms of the HCG I’m really only wanting to run it toward the end of the cycle but I’m thinking with such a simple cycle I might skip it.

For Nolva you are saying 20mg ED for 6weeks would work ?

if you want to run Aromasin into PCT, i’d suggest running it the whole time with your cycle. it’s kind of a headache transitioning from one AI to another, IMO.

as far as the nolva, yeah, that’s generally fine.

My only concern with running Aromasin is that it will crush my estrogen levels but I did read the forum you linked… very useful info. I am planning to get blood work during my 6th week just to check all the levels. In your opinion would it be best to start Aromasin say around week 2 of my cycle so that way my estrogen doesn’t crush, given that Aromasin is fast acting.

i doubt aromasin will crush your estrogen, unless you run it at 25 mg/day.

while it has a fast half-life, it’s MOA allows one to use it EOD (or E3D, for some guys). you could start off with 12.5 mg/EOD, and see how that works for ya…
