Just got down to 8%, BF for this
28 years old
Responsible , training and nutrition is perfect. I’ll also be under well advised person for a diet plan while on it.
This cycle is going to be test E only.
Just want to know people’s thoughts. I know 500ml is ideal for 12 weeks. What do people think about 250ml. Can it be efffective? For how long. ?
