First Cycle....Advice?

Mid 20’s, 188lbs, 5’10.
10.7 % BF

Goal: 205-210 (After water-loss)

On hand: (in mass quantities to be safe)

Test-E
Dbol
Nolvadex
Aromasin

I was THINKING:

Dbol
wk 1-2 20mg/d
wk 3: 30mg
wk 4: 40-4days; taper down 30mg/d 3 days
wk 5: 30 for 3 days; 20 for 4
wk 6: 20 mg/d

Test E:
200mg Every 4 Days for 10 wks

Aromasin Eo3D
-up that if any gyno signs

start pct 10 days post test E

nolva at 40 for 2 weeks
20 two weeks
10 for final week.

Done?

I’ll take any and all advice possible.

Before Start I’ll post current max’s in all major lifts.

Looks fine to me. Only advice I suggest is to up the test to atleast 250 every 4 days 300 being even better.

Thanks, I’ll try it at 300 and keep it there as long as I see no sides.

How was your bodyfat taken?

I think you should really play the dbol by ear, or even consider taking it as a pre-workout or only on workout days. I’ve never ran it longer than 4 weeks because the water gets to me psychologically.

And I agree with Reed, run the test at 500/week. You’ll see great gains from 400 a week don’t get me wrong. But 500 is a decent bench mark to see how you react and lets you gauge your response for future cycles.

All in all it looks like a great first cycle, not much unlike my own first run. However I went from 183-185 to 210 and finished at 205.

You may get a little squishy (water retention) running dbol that long along with the test. I know I did and I only ran dbol for 4 weeks. Looks like you got some aromasin though and should work better than adex. You will probably need a higher dose right away on the dbol then not as much later on with just the test. Just go by how you feel as far as how much AI to use and how long to run the dbol.

Once the dbol kicks in and you get some water retention you are going to be quite a bit stronger which feels awesome, but just be careful on overhead lifts and bench press. Your tendons and ligaments have not adapted to the higher loads yet and injuries are common. Looks like you did some good research though and have the appropriate items on hand. Good Luck man!

week 1-4 DBOL 30 mg ed. Split into 3 10 mg doses spaced out throughout the day.
week 1-10 500 mg test e/ 250 mon 250 thur.
week 1-4 adex .5 eod week 4-10 .25 eod
week 1-11 HCG 500 IU/ 2 250 IU shots

Don’t know if you can get HCG or not but I have not got shutdown at all.

I’ll keep an eye on the bloating. Maybe short dbol run would work better…

Right now, I don’t have access to HCG… nor the extra money now. I’ve been piecing this cycle together for about 5 months now… dipping 20 bucks out of paychecks here and there. <<< THE STRUGGLE

And thanks for the heads up on the overhead lifts… clean & press, military, etc are frequent lifts… have to make sure I don’t get too hungry for the weight

One big thing I was curious about,

As was mentioned soacing the dbol over three 10mg doses/day. Do you guys recommend spacing it like that or 30mg to jumo start the day?

I personally will take the dbol an hour or two before I workout. Dbol only has a half life of around 3-4 hours or so.

Or you could do 15 pre workout and 15 before bed. Just make sure you’re actually tired or you might end up… surfing the web… all night

Oh…your shut down. Get bloodwork done. hcg just kept your nuts full.

I realize that I am artificially producing test and after stopping the hcg yes I will be shutdown. That being said running with HCG much better than not imo

Honest question, is the dbol going to cause me to get “chubby” for lack of a better term, relative to the water retention and all.

Regardless, IDC but also does it sound unrealistic to keep about 10-15lbs of lean gains after I cut post PCT?

Only one way to find out with the dbol. If you find you are carrying too much water than you’d like, take more ai or just drop it, its a pretty low dose as it is. 10 to 15lbs sounds realistic as long as you do everything right and your body responds good to pct.

If anyone is interested, I can post before/afters. Plan on starting Monday
