First Cycle Advice

first time poster, lurker for years. i am thinking about starting my first cycle (i have yet to make any purchases).
stats:

23 years old
training for about 8 years, serious training/nurtition for about 4.
5’9", 185lbs, estimated 9% BF
goals: size and strength
training: 4x/week, routines mostly alternate between push/pull splits and upper/lower splits. if on cycle, would increase volume and perhaps increase to 5-6x/week, depending how i respond while on.
nutrition: currently consuming 3500kcal daily, and carb cycling. if on cycle, would increase to 4000-4500, and perhaps consume more carbs if i respond to them well while on.

here’s what i am considering:
W 1-10 test cyp 250mg e3d
W 1-4 dbol 25mg 2x/d
W 12-13 nolvadex 40mg/d
W 14-15 nolvadex 20mg/d

from what i have read, this seems to prove to be a good and effective first cycle.

now regarding anti-estrogens, i still need to do my research, and would like some advice. i would prefer to start from the beginning and run it throughout the entire cycle, to prevent any negative estrogen-related side effects instead of waiting for them to appear, even if it means slightly inhibiting gains. i am thinking about running arimidex .25mg eod w1-10, and reducing to .125mg in w11, but i would like opinions on that vs running proviron and nolva throughout the cycle instead.

thanks for your time, any and all opinions/advice is greatly appreciated

…please?

Patience padawan its a sunday lol. Run the adex. proviron is always good to run too, not for any anti-e effects but mostly for the SHGB affinity. nolva throughout seems like a waste plus a’dex would be blocking the estro sides altogether. which is better.

So in conclusion cycle looks standard, good choice for a first, You may not need even that much a’dex but everyones different. good luck

game
