im thinking to do my first cycle
what do you think on this
6week cut: 100mg prop/day then pct then another 1-2weeks off and then 8weeks with 500mg test e /week then pct?
i want to do this to drop some bf then to put some lean mass
i ll adjust my diet/cardio
is is too short 6weeks for prop? is it too short distance between cycless?
im working out for 4years, 22y old, 87kg (bf dunno…maybe ~10%) 177cm
i read forum for a long time, i did the account to help me on cycle so dont treat me as a newbie lol:)

Those two cycles are way too close together. Haven’t you heard of the Time On + PCT = Time off rule of thumb? I say “rule of thumb” because everyone is different as far as the speed of recovery - it depends on genetics, cycle layout, PCT, etc. The only real way to know if you’ve recovered before running another cycle is to get blood tests done before your cycle to know what your “normal” levels are, and then another test done after your cycle to see if you’ve come back around yet. Most people won’t do all that which is why many follow the previously mentioned rule.
Regardless, 1-2 weeks off after a 6 week cycle is too short. Look into the Bill Robert’s 2-on/2-4 off protocol if you want to have short off time. If you’re doing a 6 week cycle plus 4 week PCT, according to the “rule of thumb”, that means you should wait a minimum of 10 weeks after PCT to start your next cycle.
What you have in mind just sounds unnecessarily risky. If you’re in a hurry to run your bulk cycle, just run a cutting cycle without AAS. EC stack works great if you do it right.
Slow things down. Your first cycle, and this is how aggressive you want to get with the timeline?
Also, I don’t see the logic in doing a cutting cycle, followed almost immediately by a bulking cycle. If you’re actually at 10% BF, just start bulking. You can put on some decent size with your first cycle. Your stats sound decent, so if you can add 15 plus pounds, you’ll be in a nice position. Settle in after your cycle, assess things, try to hang onto as much of your gains as possible, and then run a cutting cycle in the early Spring if it seems like the right thing to do (yes, I make the assumption that you’re in the northern hemisphere).

is 8weeks ok for first cycle? or should i make it 10-12? because first cycle=best cycle so to maximise results?
another question: a dude i know he sell roids he said he s got something for fat loss called adipex. any info s on this stuff? read something about it on internet, but do you know if is good for something?
8 weeks is fine. Eat properly you’ll make good gains. The rate of those gains will be slowing down by the time you’re 8 weeks in, so imo it isn’t the most effective use of your time and resources to keep pushing cycle length unless you’re experienced and have a specific reason for going longer.
Prop is useful for the reason that you mention. It can also be run at the end of a test e cycle for that reason; it’ll clear your system faster and you can get on PCT sooner and recover faster.
I’d recommend just starting with test e though. Shoot it every 3 days, or twice a week… take a few weeks to learn how to pin different spots. You don’t want to start with prop on your first cycle and find that you have difficulty shooting anywhere other than glutes or delts. JMO, though.
Frontload the test enan so that blood levels rise to the effective level quickly. Make sure you’re on top of ancillaries… Arimidex (or another AI) on cycle, and a SERM (tamoxifen, clomid, toremifene) for PCT. Read the stickies and other threads to find out how to use them.

The main reason people make huge gains their first cycle is because the more muscle you put on the harder it becomes to add more.
PS: You’re SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not ready for this but I doubt you care.
