Because your 6’1" and weigh 170lbs man. There is no reason you could not and should not have waited to get on gear. What are your lifting maxes and be honest. There are very few and I mean very few cases where some one can not get atleast to 200lbs naturally especially at your height. There is no way you would not grow if you were taking in a high enough number of calories even if it meant you had to resort to eating less than clean calories.
Almost 90% of the time you jumped the gun to gain weight because you think your eating and training are great and truth is you dont know half or eat half what you need or could have. If I am wrong prove it.
I was actually closer to 180lb but whatever.
Backsquat 135kg
deadlift 155kg
frontsquat 125kg
clean 110kg
jerk 100kg
bench press is weak because I didn’t train it often until recently. Remember I am talking about kilos not pounds.
They may not be the best numbers but the are executef witg perfect form lol
As I said completely jumped the gun. You have guys in the beginners sections 20-30lbs less than you completely natural hitting the same if not better numbers.
Secondly if your able to eat enough to gain fat then your eating enough to gain muscle. Maybe not at the rate you were happy with but had plenty left in the tank. So thank you for making my point.
Have a good day.
yeah thanks for your valuable input. You are awesome, you have a nice day too.

Sucks to get called out. Either way I’ll take your lack of a response as a acknowledgement that I pretty much hit it on the head. I’m sure most here will agree with maybe not, with how I said or went about it but, none the less.
Learn to eat learn to train learn to sleep and maybe you will get some where.

Yeah I guess some of what you say is truebiut I’m not a complete noob like you make out. I have trained my ass off for years and tried to bulk before but my body just couldn’t get any real result naturally. I have always had a lean physique and good abs but still always stayed kinda skinny no matter what I eat or how hard I train. Regarding the maxes. I dont do a lot of 1rm. So some of these could be a year old. I can overhead squat 110kg. How much can you OHS?
I’ve had genetics get in the way for awhile now, but I learned that some guys just have to eat a shit ton to gain a little. But regarding your initial problem, I’ve never responded to test that way so I cannot tell you how to handle. I’m thinking maybe lowering the dosage to maybe half of what you’ve been doing and focus on eating differently and lifting heavy. I’m sorry you’re responding this way to the test that really must suck so bad. Try a different compound next time!
I dont know I don’t Over Head Squat but I can Squat 500 for 3, Deadlift 500 for 5, and Push Press 315… All of these are with in the last 4 weeks and are documented with video in my Log on this site and Youtube Channel… So what the point in asking this. Your could have made gains naturally man you may have had to cover up your abs a little bit bit, you could have done it.

Ok cool. Do you have any advice on my original question regarding on cycle treatment of the gyno? Im taking 20-40mg nolva, 25mg aromasin a day. Not really that impressed by how well the aromasij is working yet but I’ve only been on it a few days. I should have some arimadex coming in a few days too. Thanks
Adex, half a tab every second day. You should have been doing that from the start. Seems like you did very little research on this before jumping in.
Nolva will help with the symptoms.
Adex will fix the cause.
It will take a week or two to work properly.
On another note, fuck your abs. You are in a growth cycle, right? So stop thinking you will look like Phil Heath. Even the big boys get all soft and blobby during off season. You only see the “full package” for a few short weeks around comp time.
So, sort your shit out. Get all your meds first before starting. Accept that this is a growth phase and eat/train/sleep accordingly. Then, if you want to please all those dipshits out there who think a six pack is the pinnacle of awesomeness, cut the fat then. Doing more than one thing on cycle (and it should be growing) is counter productive.
As for your lifting numbers, I see young kids (mid teens) lifting more after 6 months of solid training. But I assume you are doing this cycle for “looks”, not strength.

I’m with REED on the quick results, just me personally.
It’s not here nor there but at 29 y.o. and weighing 170 lbs, you may have jumped the gun on the juice; providing your not 5’-6". I was thinking maybe your gyno may have been just fat from overeating, not to sure though, was it ever an issue before?
I really want this to be taken the right way so keep your mind open; is there any chance you may be seeing something that is not there? Any? I heard all the horror stories about gyno and after 8 weeks of 400 mg of test cyp. I thought I could/may be seeing some change in my nips. To quote a knowledgeable guy from this forum, " Leave your fuckin’ tits alone". He’s right, keep playing with them and they will get sore.
By no means disregard anything but also don’t over think it.

Im 6ft 1inch
gyno has bever been a problem until now. It seems like it has settled down a lot since starting nolva. Why do you think I’ve jumped the gun? Im naturally ectomophic and my body doesnt like going much over 80kg. I have never ever stored any fat on my chest or had any pain there until I started this cycle.
If you were always lean, its doubtful it is just added body fat. Some guys just store extra fat there, it doesn’t make it gyno. I you did the right thing and played it safe. Not homo here but you could have posted a pic., that would have helped and I should have mentioned it to you.
Forget about the AAS early start. It’s just recommended that you work harder, eat better and give yourself a chance to grow before jumping to the dark side. But some guys just do all the right things and their body just won’t respond; guess you are one of them.
