First Cycle, 2 Weeks Until PCT

Hey guys I’m 22 years old nearing the end of my first cycle which I ran as a cutting cycle 1.2cc/ML of test prop EOD for 12 weeks and the last 4 weeks I ran anavar 100mg ED

I’ve had nothing but great results being in a caloric deficit the whole time with excellent strength gains I’ve lost 30lbs of fat and was also doing intermittent fasting the whole time.
My question is how should I be eating during my PCT ( more than maint.? Same?)my maintenance is around 3000 calories I’ve been eating around 2500-2600 the whole time. I start my pct June 10th
My pct is
4wks, MG/ED
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Thanks in advance

30lbs in 12 weeks? On a 500 calorie per day deficit? Either your weight measurements are wrong or your deficit is wrong. What were your stats at the beginning and what are they now?

Also, you can probably cut your Clomid dosage in half.

I was 218 25% bf I’m now 185 at 19% have you looked into intermittent fasting? I also was consuming 1.2 lbs of protein per lb of body fat drinking around 6 liters of water a day and doing the vertical diet

My bench press increases from 205 to 315 deadlift to 405 and squat to 285

Do you think it would be a good idea to cut it in half?

Yes. Clomid has some unpleasant side effects for certain people. The higher the dose the worse they could end up being, and 50mg/d should be more than sufficient.

I mean, good on you for losing the weight and gaining strength. That’s fantastic. But at 22 you really could have done the weight loss without taking steroids. How tall are you, just out of curiosity?

And to answer your original question, your diet during pct shouldn’t be much different than your diet for the day after pct is ended. You ran a major cut, so now your maintenance is going to be different. If you want to stay roughly where you are then eat at maintenance. If you want to bulk then eat surplus, etc.

Really appreciate your input man I’m 5’10 btw and I’m looking to start competing in powerlifting in the next year or so and sadly I didn’t realize the whole diet aspect of this going into it or I probably wouldn’t have cycled I underestimated what eating right and real food can do. So I don’t plan on cycling again until I absolutely need to, if I stand to win a bunch of money lol but I think I’ll do that with the clomid honestly my buddy told me that stuff makes you tired as hell, I think I’m going to eat at maintenance maybe 100-200 calories above because I’m starting a 5/3/1 routine the day I start PCT

You gained 110 pounds on your bench in 12 weeks? Did you never lift prior to this cycle? None of this makes any sense.
