yes i was also confused as to the exact same weight on all three exercises. im sure you could go heavier on DL, and i think its pretty amazing you benched 255 20 times!!! thats incredible.

Thanks alot man, my conditioning definitely won me the show I think so this year my focus is going to be putting on size. Ive got 14 months until Junior Nations so if you have any tips theyd definitely be appreciated!

Haha thanks, Ive always had a strong bench though. I tend to train deadlidfts with 275-285 pounds for 6-10 reps depending on the day. I cant for the life of me put much more than that on a bar with out lifting like a shithead
yeah its good to keep perfect form, if your using heavy weight but lifting like a guy on a mission to destroy your lower back your never gonna make it!!! keep it up!
