Yeah I’m in for that movement.
I’ve started it a bit.
I put all weights in kg and converts some of the top sets for lbs.
I managed to go to the gym even today.
However, it was just the opposite of Wednesday - today I felt very fatigue. Maybe I just had not recovered from the deadlifting yet.
As I warmed up, I realized that it would not work with the heavy squats yoday and I stopped them. I tried to continue gently, transferd over to bench press and was delighted to find that although I practice it very rarely it was good.
Nothing special but I am happy that was I able to squeeze a third work out for the week.
13.4.18
Warm up:
Front squat: 6 with the bar, 3 х 66 lbs, 3 х 88 lbs
1.Squat: 6, 6 х 110 lbs and here I stopped squatting😁
2.Four rounds:
BP: 8,8 х 55 lbs, 6, 6 х 66 lbs
One leg box squat: 12,12,12,12 each leg + 22 lbs DB
Ab roller: 10,10,10,10 on knees
I am going abroad on Monday for a week. If there is not a gym I will try to workout on the beach ![]()
