I just finished up a 12 week cycle of Test Cyp. 200 mls 2x/wk. I was previously on a TRT program of Test Cyp. 200 mls/wk. for about 2 years. I ran anestrozole at 1 ml with each injection. I did not alter my training or diet significantly other then dropping heavy squats due to a groin pull and upped my protein slightly to get a minimum of 1g/bw.
Here is what I found; my body weight stayed at about 210, I had an increase in arms of 3/8", 1" on chest, 1/2" off waist, no change in upper legs(due to injury.)Although I had little size gains in my calves or forearms, I did see some noticeable definition. I really started to get more vascular at the 8 week mark. I am now returning back to my normal TRT program. In all I am pleased with the results and plan on running another cycle, maybe at the end of the year.
Some questions I have:
I am sure some of these gains are fleeting but all things being equal, how long will it last and what can I expect to retain?
What additional gains can I expect to see on my next cycle if I bump my “T” to 600 mls?
Currently I have no sources to add anything to the Test but if I could find one, what would be good to add. I plan to research some peptides that may be a bit more readily available.
A lot of people here aren’t huge fans of orals but I like dbol or tbol if you want to add something.
I’d think you could keep most since you’re on 200mg a week anyway and you’re “only” at 210 ( not an insult in any way). I guess you have no need for any PCT?
Like I said in the other thread I’m def a fan of ghrp 6.

My multi-jointed lifts went up from 6 reps to 8 reps. That may not seem like much but it puts me at my best. If I had to put a weight to it, you are talking about 20 lbs to the bench.
Only at 210 lbs.; no offence taken. I really want to keep a certain look and dumpy is not it. I should take some pics so I have something to compare the next go-round.

Since your on TRT you should have a pretty good chance at keeping most of your gains.
More T = more muscle

Would you say my gains are typical for someone with a lot of training under their belt? I’m happy with what I got from this run. I was close to braking the 18" arm mark and hope to hit it next time out. Never got to a 400 bench but then my training wasn’t geared to that goal, and at 205-210 lbs it’s a bit hard to do for me.
It all depends on what your goals were as to whether it was a rewarding cycle.
Like BUDs says on HRT dose cruising you should keep gains, sometimes you lose a little strength. Keep us advised, remind us in three months whether you feel you kept it.
I wouldn’t take a chance on orals although they sound tempting, go with tren.
Next cycle my suggestion would be go 600mg-700mg/week for at least eight weeks then quit all injections for a month. No cruising no pct and report back to us how you feel.

I do not know when I would hit another cycle. I need to time it around my annual blood work in March. I can’t have my T above 1,000 or my Doctor will cut my script back. I also need some time to stockpile enough Test to have a run of 600-700 mg as you suggested.
I have zero access to any drugs other than my prescribed Test Cyp. I will do some research on Trenbolone and make an effort to find a source. Does most of the Tren come from Vet sources?
I curious to why you feel I should stop all injections for a month? During my TRT, I tried to spread my injections out from one week to two weeks. By the 12 day, I really crashed. Could you give me some insight on the reason(s) for not just returning to my normal TRT program? Please tell me you are joking!

…yeah you caught me. Don’t stop cold turkey on 95% of medications (antibiotics are an exception to this rule) always taper off. Go back to what you were dosing yourself on TRT.
Vet sources… no. That’s not where guys are getting it.
I’m listening; 3,500 cal/ day with 1 gram of protein /bw is not enough? I dont feel like putting on junk weight to have to peel it off later. [/quote]
I’ve seen better results when I consume 1.5-2 grams of protein/per pound, but everybody is different. Science indicates you need a variety of amino acids so don’t just eat turkey and chicken and salmon. Also I do eat less on rest days.
Try to get two or three shakes in at around 50-60 grams protein to help with the days total. You can also add in bcaa’s to help you along when your gut is saying no.
