Enjoy! They have a pleasant vanilla flavor IMO. Just don’t bake for too long like I did. They are still good, but dry because I baked too long.
Honestly, I panicked when FINibars went out of stock. So, I researched and put together something as similar as I could with readily available ingredients.

Now if I had the money… although their price is reasonable.
FiniBars are out of stock again and have been for 3+ months. Any insight on when they may be coming back in stock? I miss these!
