No biggie, but its a PR…
Did 110kg Overhead Press today. It did stick a bit, but it is what it is. Since i have been busting peoples balls about not showing anything to back up their online opinions i just lead by example and post what i have… It is what it is. Still a PR. Will reset the OHP also next week.
Was not meant to be disparaging. Great lift!
I understand about the genetics.
Every OHP pr I’ve had was way stickier than that, looked pretty good.

Got a bit of pump after doing some @ChongLordUno workout stuff
Trying to add some bodyweight stuff cardio as much as i can, even after gym sessions, to increase that conditioning and recovery ability on rest days.
Wow man you’re a tank
Good to see my workouts putting some hairs on your chest…
And abs
The hairs were there before tho, haha ![]()

This is a comparison of me at my best shape at around 100kgs a few years ago before i ever considered to do a heavy bulk, and me now at around 117kgs after being fat as shit while bulking for like 1,5-2 years and then cutting a bit.
Drugs in the system in both pics are at pretty much identical amount.
Those burpees have definitely layed down some new tissue.
I’ll take the credit for that
The arms and delts have significant improvement.
Looks like it.
In everyday life i dont feel much difference - i just feel fat and slow, but in this comparison it looks like something has improved, yes.
I dont do nothing for delts anymore, but i do want to improve arms. Thats basically the only thing i want bigger, as with my bodyweight, i dont care much for other muscles to grow more and make me even heavier.
So a few months ago i noticed my BP being constantly over 140 when i first take it and i was able to lower it to around high 130s with some breathing exercises.
I started doing cardio like a maniac. Usually before i tought that some HIT will be enough, but now i actually do stuff every day, different intensities for months.
I just measured my BP, the first reading was 117/60… on 875mgs of test and 700mgs of tren. BOOM.
So that is going really well. I have noticed that mixing between higher effort HIT workouts and lower intensity recovery cardio really helps with energy and recovery every day. Not only do i am not tired at all, i also sleep better.
So since i am on this wave of mega dosing steroids but maintaining good BP and feeling great, i decided to take 4 weeks to lower my bodyweight.
I am around 115kgs, a bit soft. Not really much fat but losing around 10lbs will definetly help me feel faster, lighter and help my heart to pump the good stuff.
The last good pics i added in the start of the summer i was like 246lbs(112kgs) but i also was on stanazolol and anavar which improves the look.
So now i wont be taking those, i will aim for like 240lbs(110kgs) but simmilar look.
I also started looking into macros, and noticed that fat is like 50% of my daily calories, protein is like 15%. So i already started to improve that, i will track my macros(for the first time in my life) and aim for like 20% protein, 30% fat and 50% carbs which ends up around 250g protein, 180g fat and 600g carbs for me if bulking.
Now for the next 4 weeks ill aim to have a bit lower fats and just fast for as long as i can.
I give myself 4 weeks to drop 5kgs(10-12lbs) but deep in my heart i believe i can do it faster.
Have 2 more training days on this last 531 week, then ill take a deload and will reset 2 cycles back like supposed to in 531.
If everything goes well, in 7 weeks i should be doing the same weights i did this week, but be 5kgs lighter.
My current maintenance is around 4500 according to my macro app. I have been trying to eat no more than 1500kcal a day, so im holding like 2500-3000kcal deficit a day. I will try to keep this up for at least a week or more before i give in to upping the kcals to like 2000 a day.
Flatness is serious. Fatness looks even worse now. But that was to be expected. Hard to not give in to Anavar cuz it would hold the fullness no matter the calories, but naaah. Imma just suffer through.
Im 110,6kgs or 243lbs this morning. So some solid 10lbs gone in 7 days, but we have to take into consideration that when i bulked i ate like 600g of carbs a day and i have eaten 200g in 7 days combined so there is definetly serious flatness going.
All clothes are too big, abs are comming in deeper and deeper. Its hard to maintain focus during the first half of the day(i fast and i do lots of cardio in the morning).
Deload week is done, i will now do upper body one day, lower the next and incorporate high carb/low fat refeeds on the upper body day, hoping that will push me through that and the next days lower body workout in the morning.
So i will be doing 2 days at maintenance of like 4000-4500kcal and 5 days back on 1500kcal a day. I am interested to see how much will i bloat after the high carb day to see where my weight is really at.
Will post a pic probably when everything is done or when the lights will be good. Winter is comming, its dark, so getting a good light will be a problem.
Not the best lights. Feeling very flat also, but at least i can show you something about how the cut is going.
Also wanted to ask @Bauber - you mentioned that huge cycle you did, with GH and insulin. I wanted to ask - since you took insulin with meals, at what time did you pin GH?
I pinned GH a few hours before training, after training, and before bed.
3 times is pretty optimal for most if possible. 2 times works too if that is all you can swing with your schedule.
Pulse from GH is roughly 4-5 hours so try to break them up at least by those time blocks.
What about the thing that insulin kind of fucks with GH? I have read and watched a few vids saying that GH shouldnt be taken close to insulin(therefore also not with food cuz food forces your body to produce insulin). Or is that BS when it comes to building muscle?
I never played by that rule honestly and saw massive results lol.
Cool i just wanted to make sure.
So if i work out in the morning, like 2 hours after waking up, i can pin one as soon as im up, then eat, do insulin, go to the gym, and after that pin GH again and insulin with next meal, etc, right?
Yes sir.
Since the only muscles i would like to have bigger at this point are my upper arms, i decided to try doing higher GH dose on upper body days.
Since i am on a cut, i will be eating a slight surplus on those days anyway now, so i have 2 days a week in a small surplus along with 4ius of GH and 4ius of slin, with every of my 3 meals. After my main 531 lift on upper days i will focus only on bodybuilding style training for arms and chest but i will actually not count reps or sets but focus on making the muscles hurt. Since i have never believed that it does much, i will try it. Will do all kinds of intensity techniques and just try to make those muscles cramp for days after. Will see if that does anything.
