I’ve found the tear drop muscle on your quad to be a good spot for injecting. I always had really painful quad injections in the “normal” spots people use on their quads

I mostly did glutes and quads, but now they are kinda shitty. Glutes are rock hard and impossible to inject even after years of leaving em alone. Quads are good but i get a tren-like caugh even from test injections in quads so i guess something is fucked up there.
Shoulders are a good spot and they get a nice scar tissue. Id like the same in my arms :smiley:

Share the table so we can see how the various formulas differ. Mean and SD for the 5 formulas. Neck and height in some as opposed to just waist and weight.

No, i know how to convert these, since 99% of bodybuilding/strenght info is american, i learned to know the measurements since i was like 15…
I also coverted checking with google. My waist is 107cm 2 weeks back - you can convert em and check.
As i said - when i let my stomach go completely, it hangs out pretty much. But i have done all the organ imaging - everything is the right size and nothing there to be suspicious.

107 cm would be 42.1 inches.

If you do measurement relaxed vs squeezing your abs that results in the 3 inch difference?

Good agreement on the formulas but looking at the pic i would have put your waist between 36 to 38 inches. Definitely arent 20% BF.You are a little less than 75 inches tall? I thought you were 76. Nevermind, must have mis remembered.

Like the guy looking in above pic maybe i am missing something on lower back. As you mentioned in another thread i am in the same club. :grinning:

In order for those formulas to put me below 12% which is not that low anyways, id need to lose 4 inches off my waist. There is NO way in hell that is even possible in any way.

I have pinned each head of the triceps once with 0,1ml. It is definetly pretty hard - there is swelling, there is tightness. I will let my arms rest and go for another round. This time i will use bit bigger needle, as i did use the very smallest insulin one, which i dont like to use for oils. But i will stick to same 0,1ml for now. Im interested if the pain comes from the oil or the stab itself.

Weight does not drop so fast now as its week 3 on tren and i believe i might have been growing some muscle or holding more glycogen. Look is better and better tho.

Not the best pictures, but i believe i am the biggest and leanest i have ever been combined.
Around 248lbs this morning. Leaness comes close to where i was when i was 220lbs, just the body hair fucks up the look but i dont care to shave as i am too big to look oiled up anyway, lol. Size is definetly A LOT more.
Going by this id say my 12 month mass blast + 18 months of dose reduction and cruise and recomp have given me at least 20lbs of lean muscle.
Very very happy with how i look right now - i dont think i have liked my body for the last 2,5 years now, and now i actually feel like taking and sending selfies again.

I started playing around with the idea of doing my bodybuilding exercises in different rep ranges. One week it would be 1 set of 10 to failure and the next around 20-30. Just for fun. Still not sure if the way we train matters much, as long as we put in the effort.

Had shitty BP for a few days. Not too bad but around 140-143 but the thing is that i really feel it as pressure in my head. I am also having some sensitive teeth problems lately and it seems that the pressure in the head worsens that also, so i just didnt feel too cool even tho i promised myself that i can endure everything for 6 weeks. I blame Anadrol at 100mgs a day. Skipped it one day, took 150mgs in the morning, 2 strong coffees, 1 pre workout and a deadlift session - BP is 130 now and i dont feel it in any way so i will take 150mgs on workout days before training for now. After a week will go back to daily and see if BP goes to shit again. Dont think i feel any benefits of it tho, but since i have 50x50mg tabs, might aswell use it, just in case it does smth.

Weight is 247lbs as of now.

Eating 2-3 times a day, as much as i want everything. Weight doesnt budge much. Idk if thats good or bad because i guess i am back to building mode.

Worst time to mass blast i guess. Not only do i have to spend money on the gear, food prices have doubled because of the war. Spending time today learning to cook organ meats as normal meat is not affordable anymore

Was taking boatloads of Tren E and Sust, injecting ED as i started doing more than a year ago. What i noticed was that i didnt get any of the tren sides at all, including the increased libido which i really miss.
So i switched to tren ace thinking that maybe that will be better, but the more i read the more i get the info that tren is tren no matter the ester.
So i was thinking - what am i doing different now from back then? And i remembered - its the ED injections. I used to do EOD my whole life. Started reading about this and i came across the idea of how EOD injections work better than ED.
So as far as i understand, ED injections dont let the blood levels drop too low ever, but…they also dont really spike as much. When you do EOD injections you inject twice as much, which means you get twice the spike, BUT since the spike is so high, it doesnt really get to drop much lower than it would on ED injection, because the spike is twice as high.
So lets assume the drugs spike after 24 hours and their half life is 48(just for arguments sake).
If injecting 1ml ED, you get a 1ml worth of spike in 24 hours, and 0,5ml worth of lowest point after 48 hours but since injecting ED its more or less around 1ml. If injecting EOD, you get 2ml worth of spike in 24 hours and 1ml worth of lowest level after the first half life. So technically, you get somewhat of a bigger kick injecting EOD.
Since doing EOD my libido is up from wanting sex 1 a day to 3 times a day. Sucks i changed the ester cuz i dont really know if its the pinning frequency or just that ace is better with this. Will finish the ace and go back to E later, as 100mg/ml ace is a pain in the ass to inject, while E is 200mgs/ml…

I am stupid so maybe @tareload and @lordgains can shine some intelligence on me about this?
Cuz i believe i had much better libido no matter what i took a while back, but i always did EOD injections. I believe just plain test worked better years ago, while now i was on a lot more and my libido was way too low for my liking and the only thing that has changed is pinning frequency.

Have you considered differences in programming? I get that way, especially from squats.

I know the Westside method used different percentages to do maximal effort work, speed work, and rep work throughout the week. I think they called it congugate training, but I think it could also be called undulating periodization.

I am kinda doing this style of training now. I feel a bit less fatigued, and I think I am making progress on it. When I start to get the fatigue build up, generally that means my next training day is going to be a speed day which allows me to recover (almost like a deload day), but speed days can also build strength (somewhat IME).

A few days ago i got invited to a new MMA team, in a gym that looks like fight gyms in american movies. So happy that i have these contacts and got invited. Lots of title holders there, lots of heavyweights. Not even sure why i got invited as i dont think i am at their level, but hey - free training, epic cool gym, nice team. So i am up for that stuff now also, which is kind of pain in the ass now when i will need to somehow compensate those 2-3k kcal that i burn extra on those days. But i like the fact that i am doing that now, because its extra cardio and being in a different environment is also extra motivation to plan other training better, and focus on some weaknesses.
The trainer put me on the bag for 30min straight. I havent dont bag work in years - i fucking feel every muscle in my body now, haha. So funny how you can get sore quads from punching a bag, lol.

Hey hank, do you have higher libido on injection days and also on non injection days during the EOD protocol? Or just for the injection day?

I don’t know what’s going on here, but I would speculate that the spike of Tren during the EOD protocol is enough to act on hormonal receptors in the brain, releasing dopamine and other neurotransmitters, while the ED protocol does elicit a quick adaptation of the brain to the new relatively stable levels. An adaptation of the neuronal system could be prevented through the drop of Tren levels every second day.

It’s just speculation though. During TRT we try to raise the baseline of emotions by getting a stable protocol while you are looking for unnatural emotional changes. Could be that it’s the peak/trough situation, but I don’t know.

No i dont feel that its higher on certain days but it’s definetly higer as such. My gf also mentioned that i make more disgusting coments watching movies(like rape jokes etc).
I also read that some people on other forums mentioned it that because of the higher spikes body doesnt addapt to drugs so much so thats why he tought we benefit more from EOD injections rather than ED.
I will probably have to check how EOD works with tren-e because now i am on ace and i know for sure that enanthate ED didnt increase my sex drive at all.
