I don’t think proviron is going to help in any spectacular way for you. If you give a guy with low T proviron, it’s gonna boost libido for most. For a guy with exogenous high T, I don’t think it does anything special for libido.

It appears DHT doesn’t do much for libido if other androgens are plentiful. Some guys on TRT like it, but I bet they could get the same effect with just a bit more Test. There is some anecdotal evidence of Proviron or Mast being good for libido with nandralone. When we get into things like this, lots of variables are at play, and it is tough to tell the mechanism that improved libido (reduced E2, offset of DHN, etc…).

Yea but i think it does reduce some bloat and thats nice and really noticable even at such low dose

Just curious, did your doc tell you what your ejection fraction is?

I recently had two echos 1 month apart. At the first one I was told my EF was 40 and the second one that my EF is 55.

I think the first one was a poor measurement and diagnosis, and I have been doing things to increase my cardio capacity and lower my BP. So it’s possible it was lower than 55%, but I highly doubt mine was only 40%

Me too! I started a two meds. Telmisartan 20 mg and Nebivolol 2.5 mg (at night). Went from 140/90 ish to 120/80. Using half the starting dose for each. It is common for these to be titrated up significantly when taken individually. I did some research and it seems a lot of people think the combo has a 1+1=3 effect.

Also doing cardio now, which I dislike, but it should eventually help me lift a bit more efficiently with shorter breaks.

I actually bought a new BP monitor recently. A good one, I didn’t trust the last one. I have been asked by gym friends to bring it in. I did yesterday, and my natty friend was like 147/95. I told him to start the cardio. Another just asked I bring it in Friday.

Also, you should start a training log. I would follow along.

Nebivolol, that sounds like a beta blocker? I was on a low dose beta blocker when they thought I was in early stages of heart failure, and I stopped taking it when the VA realized they were wrong about my heart failure. The metoprolol was impacting my training. Now I just use celery seed extract, Coq10, and 20-30 mins of LISS on non lifting days. That has brought my BP down from 145/75 to 120/65. I’m also in the process of cutting a little weight. Trying to go from 242 to 235 (currently sitting just over 238).

I have no plans of running nand or tren any time too soon, but I’m not ruling it out in the future. I also have been hitting PR after PR coming back from this lat tear (not post injury PR’s but all time PR’s) and I was running only 150 test/wk and just a week ago bumped it back up to 200.

Yeah, it is. I think if it ends in olol, it is a beta blocker.

I don’t notice any negatives with it, but 2.5 mg at night is low dose, and by the morning, I can’t tell I took it. It does help me calm down especially after hard training, which I like.

I put all sorts of stuff in mine. I often look back to see when I started doing an exercise, when I started my blast, etc.

Keeps me a bit accountable. I put a few weeks ago that I was going to start doing some cardio. Only took about a week to get called out for not having any cardio in my documentation.

Added 20mins of steady state cardio after every training session because some days when i dont go to the gym i also skip the cardio, so in order to get at least some extra cardio i add 20mins after strenght training.
Yesterday i kind of felt exhausted after, so i decided to pull back on weights.
I will just do the 531 part, and then a set of EDT for opposite lift, and then a set for back on upper days and set of abs for lower days. Will add a set of EDT for bis and tris in whatever days, just in case.
If ill have extra energy ill focus on doing a bit more athletic stuff like sprints and mountain climbers and burpees, instead of just grinding weights.

Technically the amount of reps im doing in EDT training is the same that Wendler prescribes for assistance work, so i should be fine.

I also did lower test to 200 and upped tren to 200 just to see if i will feel any mental difference.
I really miss the agressiveness i had long time ago, along with constant wanting to rape someone. My GF loved that and i just miss it.
For now i dont know which one was it - the high test or the high tren.
I do know that going from 200 to 300 test didnt change much. Adding 100 tren didnt change much also. Lets see how does 200 tren change my feelings.

Funny how i miscalculated test and ended up with 100 test and 200 tren. 4-5 days later i started being super depressed and emotional. There is some stuff going on in my life but thats nothing new. Suddenly it seemed like the end of the world. Idk if its the low test or the test to tren ratio… anyway i front loaded 1cc if test and 24 hours later i dont give a shit about all the problems i felt horrible about just a day ago…

Note to self - i think test has to be around twice as much as 19nors if i dont want to become a suicidal crying bitch.

Also played around with stanazolol pre workout. Seems to work. Will test some more and then try anavar, dbol and anadrol pre workout.

Nope. If you missed my previous posts i did heart echo which showed that i havent got any damage to my heart. I will be doing other organ imaging also and i will be judging my future blast plans by what my actual organs look like. Next up is stomach usg with liver, kidneys etc.

Super disapointed taking 100mgs of anadrol pre workout. Didnt feel shit. No strenght, no pump, no bloat, not even higher BP…
Little heartburn at night tho, haha.
50mgs of stanazolol pre-workout made me feel much more pumped and strong than 100mgs of anadrol… dont even know what to do with all the rest i have :frowning:

Started doing less assistance stuff on gym days and incorporated kettlebells and bodyweight stuff into my conditioning days… so instead of doing leg curls or hyperextensions after deadlifts, i just rest after deadlifts and then do like jumping lunges and kettlebell snatches on a different day.
Speaking of kettlebell snatches - i am in love with these… they actually destroy my triceps and no i am not pressing, i am snatching the weight correctly, but i guess the part where you stabilize it overhead does tax the triceps enough… really cool feeling to get an arm pump while doing leg-based conditioning, haha.

The heartburn for me was brutal. I was taking Prilosec 20 mg, and probably 3,000 mg a day of Tums to battle it, and I was only using 50 mg a day. I don’t think I would use Anadrol again because of this side effect. Unfortunately, I have a lot of it (about 190, 50 mg tabs).

I also did not experience the power in a pill thing with it. I think Pete Rubish has said he basically didn’t get anything from it either, but Dbol was solid for him.

Yea i also have a pack of dbol and anadrol… i will take dbol pre and anadrol post on my training days, along with slin and 80% of the food of the day in hopes to spike some anabolism on the workout days.
I feel really bro-sciency but it gets me going as i am bulking on gym days and cutting on cardio days. Even tho its not supposed to work, i kind of hope that taking GH when fasting helps with fat burn and taking slin pre and post gym on bulk days might actually help with some anabolism.

Looked back on the pics i posted after my last mini-cut and i actually think that this time around at the same weight i will look better. Time will tell.

In the middle of a DL day decided i need a deload. Wont do any of the basic 4 exercises for a week. Will just do bodyweight, pump stuff, arms, abs and cardio, and some kettlebells.
