Trust me, it is shocking. I train with an animalistic intensity. People have always thought I was crazy, but now its to a whole new level as well. I feel a slight, slight indication sometimes, but I am appalled at the recovery. Yesterday I worked out so intense, I thought I was gonna puke or pass out well before my workout was over.
All I know is this shit is working, and I love it!!

Haha trust me man…being strong has nothing to do with my intensity. I lift intensely to be big AND strong. My motivation alone brings an uncanny intensity to the gym that I have always had…drug induced or not. I guess I should rephrase what I said. I do not get DOMS nowhere like I used to, or as often…when I do, it is slight, so I hardly pay it any attention. However, it has been proven you do not need to experience DOMS to grow, but when you do experience it, you know you are going balls out. I TRY to get sore every day I am in the gym to know I am growing.

I am starting to break out a little on my back. I am prone on my back, so I was prepared and bought some acne wash and have been administering it since the start of the cycle. I might have to get something stronger if it gets worse.
I have been kind of toying with the arimidex dosages. I dunno if it is good to do, but I take less during the week, .25mg ED, and up the dose to 0.5 mg on pin days. That would be a total of 2.25 mg/week.
I guess I am just terrified of gyno. My method is pretty consistent, but I think I am just going to opt for .25 mg ED for the time being. I am really surprised at my weight gain and my lack of bloat. I am still pretty damn lean to be bulking and on test…of course it has only been 21 days, but the amount of weight I have gained I would figure I would look more bloated, not still seeing striations.
T is not the worst for bloat - and of course everyone is different.
The AI will reduce it significantly of course, but the myth that you cant cut or even look lean and ripped on T is bollocks.
If the argument is you cannot look AS lean on T as you can on non-aromatising androgens - then that is a different matter entirely.
0.5mg of Anastrazole with a decent sized aromatisable cycle is not likely enough to remove all bloat.
In fact, I find Anas is not capable of removing bloat - just reducing it.
Letro is really the better AI in that regard - HOWEVER, unless competing or modeling, then that degree of dryness is not necessary.
IBED - you are right, diet will play a large factor in that too - carbs and sodium being the main culprits (simply adding potassium allows one to draw water back from under the skin into the muscle - and is a part opf pre-show water manipulation for some ‘traditional’ bodybuilders)
Maybe I am just paranoid, but when I got out of the shower last night, and still, my nipples sort of burned. However, I did shave around them without any shaving cream. I am just terrified of gyno and want to take every precaution, so I upped my dose of Adex to 1 mg.
My nipples are not puffy but tight, no lumps, but still have that sort of “burning” sensation from razor burn. Am I being too paranoid, or is this sometimes a symptom’feeling of an onset of gyno? I bet it is just razor burn, but like I said I don’t wanna take any damn chances.

Got a question…as usual. The reason I front loaded is to get my blood levels elevated from the getgo. However, when I was talking to someone the other day, he told me that I would just now start to feel the results of the test, since it usually took 3-4 weeks to kick in, frontloaded or not. Is there any truth to that? If this is so, good lord. I have already hit the 20 lb mark, and it is only day 24. However, I have noticed I been gaining weight faster the last week or so.
Not true when frontloaded mate. As you suspected this is one of the main points of actually front loading in the first place.
IME most do gain the weight early on and then maintain that till the end (where strength will increase in many cases)… This is one reason why i like frequent but shorter cycles (4-6wks), maintaining the gain with a low dose 2-3weeks.
I am really happy with how lean I am staying. I am starting to really look jacked. Many people are asking how I am getting so big, yet staying lean. Diet, diet, diet. Oh, and the AAS don’t hurt either

Care to share your diet? I don’t bloat too badly when on AAS, but any bloat I get goes right to my face. While amusing, it sucks. Sounds like you’re making some solid progress, congrats.

I am really, really, meticulous through the week to hit my targeted macros. I am so close each day to the same numbers, it ain’t funny. I haven’t really bumped them up yet, but with the weight I am gaining, it is probably the best thing to do so.

This is pretty much my diet every day, even the weekends. However, on the weekends, I make sure to eat a big meal each day that has a shit ton of carbs. Sometimes, I eat several. It is funny, I find on the weekends, I sometimes UNDEReat if I am not careful. My key to no bloat, is little to no sodium during the week, AKA no fast food.
My nipples are in fact puffy, and my girl friend pointed it out. Also, I constantly feel an aching in my left nipple. I have been using a dosge of 1 mg a day for my Adex. I also have liquid Exemestane. What should I do???
Thanks for posting the diet info, I always like to see what is working for other people. I’d suggest using nolva for a few days. Something along the lines of 40mg/day for 3-4 days or whenever the issue resolves itself. IME three days usually clears it up pretty quickly.
