OK I am getting ready to give er for the first cycle (finally). I have all my gear and supplements but any fedback on dosing is appreciated.
W 1-6 OT 40mg ED
W 1-9 Primo 600mg/w (inj 2x/w)
W 10-12 Primo taper down by half each week
W 13-16 TRIBEX Gold, Carbolin 19, creatine, Beta7
W 1-16 Protein shakes during the day, meals every 3 hours, Surge pre and post workout with BCAA, Fish oil and multivit daily.
Workouts
Mon/Wed - Weights
Tues/Thurs ? Cardio or rugby practice
Fri ? rest
Sat ? Rugby Game or weights
Sun - rest
I am 220lbs right now at about 16%bf. My plan is to do mostly compound movements for the weights to hit the large groups and really work on stamina and strength.
My goal is to put on about 10lbs muscle and lean out a bit. I also want to improve my speed.
Any feedback is welcome (other than, “ya gotta add some test bro” cause I am saving that for the next cycle).

probably will be a decent little cycle, i would skip the taper on the primo and overlap the supps you are using post cycle starting them on week 11 or 12. I would not expect alot from it though, but as a first cycle you never know, may work well for you, keep us posted.
What are your PCT plans? I sure hope you have real Nolvadex on hand. Granted, the compounds you’re using aren’t the most suppressive, but the myth that they don’t shut you down at all has been debunked. You can and probably should be using Nolva afterward to help your HPTA recover and get your natural hormone levels back up to where they need to be.
Primo and OT are a nice combo, but it also seems like a poor choice to taper down the Primo dose. Keep it steady-- order more if you need to or use it for a shorter period of time. How many times per day are you taking the OT?

You NEED nolva! OTC supps aren’t effective for a cycle like yours. The t-bol by itself will shut you down. If you want to keep your gains,and not feel like shit for 6 months do a proper PCT. I take t-bol on an empty stomach.
I am on day two of the cycle now…woally crap is that needle hard to plung into your a$$ the first time. Hip is really tight today. Now that I’ve done er once it dosen’t seem so bad though.
I have been thinking of adding some test and using it for the taper but I wanted to try to hold off on that until next cycle.
I am cataloging everything with pics and will post them at the end. If you don’t see the pics give me hell cause it means I didn’t make the gains I set out to.
no, use some test, you will be one happy bastard if u do. but u must get something to help u wuth the estrogen as everyone has been telling you. good luck hoss
there was a little bit on the pin but the whole thing was kinda shakey and slow (the pin must have been in my ass for at least a full minute while I funmbled my way through it). I think the next one will go better. Will try to make sure the pin is good and lubed though.
Think I’m starting to realize what people are complaining about with the back pumps from the OT. Went to rugby tonight and I felt like I had two knots in my lower back all practice. That or my kidneys are angry at me. Any advice on how to help reduce it?
