Is there any suggested filler to cap sarms? I dont want to waste product and was thinking glutamine or TUCDA or even veggie greens. I have a lot of powder
Baking soda, whey powder, any basic vitamin(s), any amino acid, etc. Don’t use TUDCA though.
Edit: I assume you are trying to match something that has a similar weight and size of the SARM powder(s) in question, right? Because you sort of need that to be closer rather than further apart if you want to get even distribution throughout each cap.

Just throwing this out there if you plan on mixing X amount of sarms with X amount of powder then dividing powder in between X amount of caps to dose them it does not work like that. Pharmacy grade blenders are needed to evenly distribute powder of an active drug into a filler and they are not cheap. So you will have to wiegh out the active ingredient per each capsule otherwise some caps could have triple or more and some caps could have none.

You could get it done with a mortar and pestel but it would take a bit of time.

Even then it won’t be accurate enough. Geometric dilution is hard. It’s why so many guys skip capping and just use oral solutions or suspensions. Smaller margin of error.

Your the go to guy for all my posts! Alright so. I have started doing the capping this way
On my .001 scale I’m weighing my GW-501516 to .020 for 20mg
Then I dump the 20mg into one cap and litterely (for only 5 caps) i scoop protien into the cap till its full looking…
Its personal use so i could care less if its protien or glutamine or any other powder even if as long as it doesn’t effect quality. My s4 is yellow so it’ll look like a little yellow spot in the bottom of each cap with white powder above.
But here is my goal. It took me FIFTEEN FREGIN minutes to scoop such small numbers onto a scale and make them exact. I have ten grams (10000mg) of MK-2866, GW-501516 and S4.
I want to dose the MK-2866 at 25mg per cap (400 caps)
The GW-501516 at 20mg per cap (500 caps)
And the S4 at 50mg a cap. (200caps)
It will take my a lifetime to dose up 1100 caps if 5 took fifteen mins.
Is there a faster accurate way without homebrewing up liquid sarms…

Why fill it with anything? Just cap it there is no need for filler in a capsule. Either way tho dosing 1000 caps is no quick process by hand.
The other options are a oral solution or buying a pill press and blender.
The filler was basically for aesthetics or discretion at this time. But in the future(which is why i need the practice and knowledge) Someone i know would like to start a lab that offers accurately measured Caps instead of liquid solution in my area.
I will likely go the liquid route if its that much less time consuming until i can purchase equipment for the capping process.
Will also homebrew up test this month and start saving money there
