It sounds like either you caught some bug or there is an issue with the new test. In my experience the test flu happens within a day and subsides in 2-3. Your current explanation of what you are experiencing just does not sound like test flu to me. I really canāt recall anytime I have heard of the test flu causing throwing up or diarrhea.
