1430hrs DB Bench Press
a while back I hurt my left shoulder doing bench press and still feel pain in the shoulder when I bench press.
So I do a DB�??s bench lying on the floor and concentrate on keeping my elbows close to my sides, which I find takes the pressure of my shoulder joint and more on the triceps.
