I went through something similar just recently, on another forum, with regards to a question on fertility. Yes, AAS will suppress sperm production, however I doubt it will fall to zero even with indefinitely long periods of use as long as testosterone and estrogen is in the system (possibly progesterone as well?) and your testis have not suffered any major ‘mechanical’ damage.
Short of a physical condition or some sort of structure inhibiting sperm production, and assuming the females reproductive system functions well enough, wouldnt a combination of Hcg and Hmg along with mesterolone and both parties on clomidifene citrate be about the strongest odds you could get for conceiving short of IVF?
Oh and remember odds are just a numerical representation of chance, ultimately it only takes one of those little guys to get the job done.
A combination of the drugs you mentioned would most likely give the prospective parents the greatest chance of conceiving. I hope when its my time its that easy too.
In regards to the OP, his wife also had problems with her tubes and he was on gear, so its quite remarkable. @bigboost89

Congrats. BUT, do not fall victim to the baby weight yourself. I tried indulging my wife on her cravings and I gained more weight than she did while prego. It is a fun time tho.

Did you guys do plaster cast of her stomach and chest while prego? We did, then I used it to motivate her to want to lose weight. Then I missed the boobs.
Bro out of all the korny pregnant shit we did the plaster cast was by far the dumbest! That shit is a disaster I had fucking plaster water and dust all over my carpet my cat ended up running thru it and wasn’t tracking little plaster footprints everywhere I was pissed. Then when it dries you have to store it somewhere and every time you touch it more fucking plaster chips off!
My wife has fake tits but now we have to pay for another surgery to get them tightened up😔 another 8k!
I will say tho I’m extremely impressed with her wieght loss she pigged out the whole time and of course my shallow self was like damn now she gonna be fat. Having had the c-section a month ago she’s down almsot 30lbs and is back in the gym already she has modeled for the last 8 years and is relatively young (27) so she is highly motivated to lose the weight and I’m nothing short of amazed at her progress she has even motivated me to start doing cardio again!

This is EXACTLY what happened to Dr Sir back when he was still frequenting these forums (I think he was on Test/Deca at the time.)
It’s possible but there’s a gazillion of the same stories about people having kids when on cycle and TRT. Like a ton. You have to be careful what you wish into existence especially if it’s something you don’t want.
Well man I’ve never intended to use TRT as birth control. My dream is that I can start TRT and my fertility remains the same, but I cannot play chances here and hope to be one of those guys.
Even now I’m 8 percent below the 50% norm for motile sperm so even now Im not perfect. Maybe because my FSH is low not sure…

At this point I see no purpose in attempting to reestablish or attempt to continue contact, the dude obviously has larger fish on his plate at the moment… or not, either way I don’t particularly care at this point. It’s a shame he’s gone as I did enjoy his presence on this forum though (whilst contradictory to my prior sentence, I was referring to not caring about re-establishing contact). If he individually decides to come back, great, however I can’t see that happening at this point… not for a while at least.
He was a great addition to this community and helped tremendously in regard to providing harm minimisation tactics, medical advice and knowledge wealth. His prior presence will have a long lasting (positive) effect regarding the practices members on here choose to undertake
