Just read this today, you have been at it for a month…
your strength numbers are going up, which was one of your goals, but how is your body composition faring with the anaconda protocol? are you losing the body fat like you wanted?
I am in a similar position and height/build as you but not as strong and previously found it very hard to lose any weight with anaconda and a 4x week split with ramping. Last time I was on 5/3/1 but I think I needed more cardio and more total volume.
was also going to try the hemo rage. lately just have 1 FINiBAR and 1/1 of MAG-10/Anaconda and was using 2scp of no-explode for energy. how do you like the lipo6?
