Just like @ncsugrad2002 previously stated. 28 or 30 mg EOD. Don’t worry about nailing the dosage down to the exact milligram. That’s virtually impossible to do with 1mL or even 1/2 mL syringes and a few mgs here or there just don’t really matter.
Like @systemlord stated, be patient as you dial yourself in. It takes patience. I’ll say it again – be patient. When you make a dosage or frequency of injection change, ride it out for at least 4 weeks and ask yourself how you’re feeling. Trying to find your own “sweet” spot takes time.
If you’re not already doing it, consider keeping a daily log of how you’re feeling, sleeping, eating, etc. and the dosage you’re using. It’s much easier to keep track of things written down than by memory alone.
