as far as the gyno goes some people will not see any signs of it on a test only cycle, I like you, did experience a little soreness at the begining of my cycle but it subsided and has not returned. I just completed my second cycle of test and deca and did not experience any gyno sides so it varies for everyone.
the best way to tell if your cycle is working is your libido, are you hard when the wind blows!!mine went crazy wife cant keep up… also you will see strenght gains first and fullness second this is what I felt strenght 2nd week fullness 4th week added weight 8-10 weeks. hope this gives you some help.

Thanks bulldogg, i do feel the libido and a little boost of strength.
And thanks controlr, it has only been two weeks! it seems like a month, but i guess i live a boring life that cripples time…
bis and back yesterday. Today i did delts, traps, and tris. THE BEST WORKOUT of my life. I can finally see a big difference in strength, and ive gained seven pounds! thank the good lord, and test. i lifted for ninety minutes ( a little long) but felt like I could go on for another thirty.
Pumps were insane. I used the bio-impedance to assure my gains were all muscle, and it read seven percent bodyfat. I was estatic! my gyno (or atleast I think thats what it is) hasnt escalated from when I first noticed it. If it gets worse after taking this nolva, I will just cut the damn things off myself. or maybe not.
this dude at the gym kept staring at me waiting for me to look his way so he could bother me with question after question. I couldnt hold my composure and i let him know he was interfering with my workout. I am shootin either 225 or 250 tommorrow. cant decide If i want to finish with 450 a week or 500. If i go with 500, my cycle will be an eight week one. Later.

Some people won’t see 10lbs in the first 3 weeks on long estered Tests, I usually don’t myself. 5lbs is fair enough; especially since I imagine you’re talking about 5lbs scale weight. So theoretically you might have gained say 8lbs of lean mass and lost 3 lbs of fat mass. [Don’t let any tell you you cannot lose fat mass on Test with a moderately high calorie diet] But here on out you should expect 1-2lbs every single week.
The other barometer is gym strength. If your lifts are going up the gear is surely working.

Thanks for saying this. On my first cycle, which was 250MG a week of test only, I didn’t really start “seeing” gains until about week 8.
You see, 5 pounds of muscle across your entire body is not really noticeable. When you are at week 8-10 and have noticed 20 pounds of scale weight, then you notice a difference.
If you are lifting heavier every week, then the gear is working. If you get pumps like you haven’t felt before, the gear is working. Give it some time.
I did chest and triceps again today, now im going to change my splits. tommorrow is a rest day i desperately need. Wednesday is chest and back. Thursday is shoulders and triceps. Im going to destroy legs and abs on friday.
I dont know where to put biceps in here, but its not that big of a concern as they overpower everything else i have.
I also broke up with my girlfreind today to focus on bodybuilding, and that was hard to do. Im a softer man than i imagined, but im focused on gaining this weight.

I hope that wasn’t the only reason for your breakup.
She getting pissed that you spent too much time in the gym?
I would probably sneak the bi’s in with tri’s and shoulders since that looks like the least demanding day.
