Feel Effects of Test?

Unless you absolutely obliterated your chest during this work-out, I’d probably re-train it again in about 3 days. No real need to wait that long for recovery while you’re on AAS, that’s the huge perk of being on cycle. Unless like I said, you really burnt yourself out. Then it’s worth the rest period.

Personally, I like incorporating full-body workouts twice a week, and still doing 4 muscle group-specific days rotating around those days.

honestly not too much. Ive gained a mere 1 lb, but thats because Im taking in 4000 calories. Im pretty much pissed. I look the exact same b4 the cycle, except for fat nips.

so maybe you should eat more?

firestanggt, I have to apologize personally to you. About the six oxo, I wanted so badly to believe it works that i was looking for someone to agree with me and turning a blind eye to those who assured me it was garbage. I also apologize for not taking your word that i shouldnt have started the cycle.

I am too young physically and mentally to be putting these strong hormones into my body. I had no idea what i was getting into, as i looked to one gym rat for advice. Turns out he just wanted to rip me off for some money, as he assured me one cycle is totally safe.

I hope you will continue to give me advice, as I believe you are correct in the things you advise me to do. Its good to know some people really want to help me out through the common bond of gaining mass and pumping iron. Sorry for being ignorant once again, brother.

ok, did a killer leg workout with abs at the end. Squats supersetted with leg presses, leg xtensions supersetted with ham curls, and heavy walking lunges. somehow my biceps got pumped.

Im gonna up the test to 300mg. oh and the gyno, is it possible that it can just go away? I felt normal today and the weird tingly shit in them has ceased…

If you havnet packed on an easy 10 lbs in 3 weeks while consuming 4000+ cals a day and at least 400 mg of test per week, I would say that you bought some quality sterile oil.
Other determining factors will include your sleep and training obviously.

ive had about a five pound gain. when do the gains really start to kick? inj another 225mg today.

I think you need to decide on a dose and stick with it. It seems like every time you post you’re injecting a different amount.

I couldnt agree with you more. To the OP… your hormone levels are fluctuating all over the place with the different amounts that you are injecting. That is why we “plan” our cycles including pct.

Some people won’t see 10lbs in the first 3 weeks on long estered Tests, I usually don’t myself. 5lbs is fair enough; especially since I imagine you’re talking about 5lbs scale weight. So theoretically you might have gained say 8lbs of lean mass and lost 3 lbs of fat mass. [Don’t let any tell you you cannot lose fat mass on Test with a moderately high calorie diet] But here on out you should expect 1-2lbs every single week.
The other barometer is gym strength. If your lifts are going up the gear is surely working.

patience is a virtue and iam by no means an expert but it seems to me that you cant decide on a dose and i would think it would be important to have a steady dose and not fluccuate to much iam starting a(first) cycle somewhat similar to yours and i’ve been following your progress to get an idea of what to expect but with all the diffrent dosages its hard for me to keep up with you, dont take my word because iam new at this but

i think you should stick with 500mgs a week 250 on monday and 250 on thursday regards lu

You first posted that you had injected for the first time on June 14th. As of your alleged 3 week mark, that’s only 12 days you’ve been on. Don’t lie to yourself. And why are you getting impatient? You’re acting like it’s not working or something. Don’t expect a 20lb gain in 12 days, for shit’s sake.

as far as the gyno goes some people will not see any signs of it on a test only cycle, I like you, did experience a little soreness at the begining of my cycle but it subsided and has not returned. I just completed my second cycle of test and deca and did not experience any gyno sides so it varies for everyone.

the best way to tell if your cycle is working is your libido, are you hard when the wind blows!!mine went crazy wife cant keep up… also you will see strenght gains first and fullness second this is what I felt strenght 2nd week fullness 4th week added weight 8-10 weeks. hope this gives you some help.
