Been cutting since early November, started at ~232 and I’m down to ~217.
Current PRs:
Incline BB Bench: 265x5
Squat: 375x5
Deadlift: 495x5
Goals:
- Lean out to sustainable lean-ness (10-14% by eye caliper)
- maintenance for a few months to reset metabolism
- lean bulk until fat & strong
- rinse and repeat
