It’s strange, but my fear of heights is conditional. I can do high towers, rocks, and trees, but on a twenty foot roof near the edge, I’m hugging the shingles. On the ladder with a bundle of shingles, I’m fine.
Any time I exceede line between a fatal fall and one wher you just get injured, I calm down. Sometimes I’ll hurry up to a greater height to avoid the lower heights. I do have a fear of getting mangled and not killed. That would suck.
I never get that jumping off thing though. I have heard about it, but never any explanation.

Please. Show a little class and pick a different sign-off. To some of us, those words are sacred. Too many good people have died giving them meaning. Combat ain’t no video game son.

Son? Better be careful who you’re talkin’ too. I probably outrank you and I’m no longer in the service. [/quote]
Really. My war was Viet Nam. What was yours? (I assume you suffered a head wound.)

The point is not that there is no other wars, but his military history goes back that far. Hence the word son is probably fitting.

How do you manage to get everyone to hate you?
Real easy. Have confidence and don’t fear anyone else.
Hate comes from Fear
Fear comes from Jealousy or change
Jealousy and change come from insecurities and short comings
Insecurities come from yourself and your own life experiences.
Confident secure people would never respond to my threads. Only those who feel threatened by what I have said respond.
Any other questions?
Yeah - exactly how many licks DOES it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?
