FCC gets rocked in court

Good news for those of us sick of the FCC and its completely random censorship rules,

its about a week old, but it was linked to from a more recent article that had similar info. Could this finally lead to an end of some of the more ridiculous fines the FCC has been handing out? And will it finally stop pandering to the Family Groups that flood it with complaints?

What really irritates me is that that it is always speech that the FCC tries to regulate and not substance; though, I am against the latter as well.

Why is it acceptable for television programming to be riddled with violence yet those same shows can’t drop a few F-bombs?

Do we really fear language as a society so much that we need an entire regulatory agency dedicated to enforcing arcane and ambiguous standards?
