DMX or Wu Tang if I’m in the mood for rap

Also the score from kick-ass movies like Gladiator, etc.

This song never fails to get me in the right frame of mind:

i enjoyed this song training today.

Our Lady Peace - Whatever

that song is like, guaranteed to make me a bad motherfucker that day in the gym.

i hate lifting with an ipod, the stupid earbuds coming out annoys the shit outta me, but i listen to slipknot/deftones on the ride in to pump me up.

I listen to heavy metal so That is what I primarily listen to at the gym but I keep my IPOD on shuffle and anytime the song Galvanize by Chemical Bros comes on I crank it up and listen to it 2-3 times.

Roy jones jr-can’t be touched is my jam at the moment.
