i hate lifting with an ipod, the stupid earbuds coming out annoys the shit outta me, but i listen to slipknot/deftones on the ride in to pump me up.
I listen to heavy metal so That is what I primarily listen to at the gym but I keep my IPOD on shuffle and anytime the song Galvanize by Chemical Bros comes on I crank it up and listen to it 2-3 times.
