Rise Again!
Only a select few can sing both of these songs and give me chills. I have heard people really good at these songs, and some people really bad. It has been a while, but I sang Rise Again when I was in college with my church choir for Easter.

Catholics count.
In the wake of the Tornado in Oklahoma I thought this would be a great song to post. God did not do this, but he does Weep with us. My heart breaks for those people.
I just heard this song on the Radio today and I really like it.
A great Christian Radio Station to listen to at work over the internet is www.air1.com

(The original two chorals of BWV 147, in the original more so than the English, speak so much more directly to the promise of redemption from the coils of death.)
BWV 147, one of my favorites. When I was a teen visiting in New York, the local Lutheran Church, its Sunday membership boosted by the appreciative of other faith, would play the Bach cantatas in their proper order in the Church Calendar.
Apparently, they still do:

What an effort to learn the music and sing it properly, weekly, year after year!
