The best “cheap” bad bodybuilding food I came up with…I evolved from ramen with a scoop of whey many moons ago to the concoction I described. try it out. The macros aren’t debilitatingly bad or anything. Add egg whites and even More celery (and some cabbage) to up the protein and fiber content.
ingredients:
2 cups ramen w. seasoning
2 pinches curry powder
2 pinches chinese 5 spice
1 tsp chili powder
lots of powdered garlic
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2-4 full stalks of celery
1/2 head of cabbage
carton of eggs
If you have a fast metabolism, take some ALA w/ this and you may get away with eating this ALL the time while bulking up.

Real bad stuff, I’m sure…but delicious.
Did you come up with that? It sounds kinda good, and cheap.

Lol, pimp my Ramen.
CHEETOS!!!
muscle milk
Corn Beef Hash, 3 eggs over-easy, couple slices of toast, several cups of coffee.
It’s what dreams are made of.
whipped cream straight out of the can = fuuuuuuuuuuuck mang
Mexican food (Rubios), hot salty french fries, Zapps potato chips and my home baked cookies.
My favorite “bad foods” are without a doubt all carbs. I can more pizza than ice cream, or potatoes and keep the weight under control so that’s my #1. I don’t know if anyone here has ever tried fried green plantains with eggs(fried in any manner), and if you haven’t you should get on that. It’s a traditional hispanic meal here in NYC lol.

x2 Atwater’s Voodoo Vator Doppelbock, Celebrator Doppelbock and Dead Guy Ale are pretty common picks with pizza.
16" meat deluxe pizza from 4star
peperroni, bacon, salami,…

First, I go here for a few pints of ale

Then, I walk across the street for a greasy cheeseburger or two.
Kyoto Palace / Benihana:
Shogun (large cut) filet mignon, slathered in garlic batter, plus calamari steak also slathered in garlic butter, plus fried rice (guess?..yes, in garlic butter) with toro nigiri as an appetizer and green tea / mango sorbet as dessert.
At least, that is what I want the next time I go out.
Other than that, there is a Louisiana style BBQ place around here that serves slow cooked brisket, awesome fried shrimp and catfish, corn bread, canjun corn, red beans and rice and a really good sweet potato pie…and their cole slaw and peach cobblers? Goddamn.
And the big black man, Uncle Frank himself, will sit down and put his arm around you and ask, “Son, what made you come visit Uncle Frank tonight?” Love it.
There are no signs to the place and it is in the back of the shittiest dive bar in the area. Unapologetic hole in the wall for locals only.
I hate myself for reading this thread.
Pizza (NY style, with lots of cheese)
Wings (hot honey garlic)
Fries with bleu cheese
Lasasgna
Ice cream (B&J Half Baked or Haagen Daz chocolate or coffee)
Beer (Fat Tire, 2 Below, Easy Street Wheat)
Bloody Marys
Chocolate covered pretzels (Mallrats references aside)
Ponce, that BBQ place sounds fabulous, too.
Pizza is my weakness. Usually Pepperoni, with green peppers, mushrooms and extra cheese.
I also get cravings for hot wings from a restaurant called Moxies.
YUM
hot wings - Buffalo Wing Factory or Hooters
pizza - Whenever I head up to NY, this is a must
At home:
Ramen (chinese style, different from what you buy in a regular grocery store) + 5-7 eggs dropped into the broth and almost all the way cooked.
