Favorite 'Bad' Foods

Mcdonalds burgers. I know they are low quality meat, but something about them is amazing to me.

Pizza

Second would be either pancakes/french toast/waffles with loads of syrup

Pizza and beer

greasy truckers breakfast, burgers, bbq, mexican food…just to name a few.

My Achilles’ heal is glazed donut’s and kolaches.

Nick

Homemade Chicken fettuccine alfredo with a few glasses of lambrusco if I’m cheating with my fiance, otherwise I love a good cheeseburger from hardees.

you have “Total Wine” stores in chattanooga and nashville. when you walk into their beer section it’s almost too much. everything from guiness stout to old scratch to tusker larger. over 1000 brands of beer, god knows how many wine brands, and even a local(wadmalaw island, sc) product called firefly vodka that you really need to try.

I’m not in either of those cities, but about 45 mins from nashville. That’s a long beer run.

I’ll have to look around more. I’m just used to my grocery stores having 50-100+ different beers for the choosing.

Corn dogs, real ones like you get at the fair.

My mom’s Blackberry-Apple pie.

Fried Chicken.

A good Reuben Sammich.

Pretty much everything the old ladies cook for a good southern wedding/funeral/family re-union.

Sammich

If you are gonna eat pizza, eat it the fatass midwestern way!

FYI - the pizza is from Giordano’s in Chicago.

Firefly is the shit, their sweet tea flavor is one of the only liquors I drink (I’m not to fond of liquor in general, but this stuff is freakin awesome!)

My favorite “bad” foods are definitely pizza, burgers, buckwheat cakes(pancakes with buckwheat mix) with a TON of hot syrup and butter (mouth watering right now)

midwestern way? i figured you guys’d use more meat n corn or something lol

ARHGGH! Giordano’s is better than anything we have in DC, but if I could only have one kind of pizza again, it would have to be south-side family style crust from Chicago. Or better yet a family style from Giuseppe’s or John’s in Rockford.

Oh I have to add, Sam’s, Lino’s, and Pino’s in Rockford are all fucking awesome. It’s possibly the only thing I miss about the midwest.

i love mexican food too. burritos, tacos, anything with rice, beans and meat with some spice.

i love the burger clubs at my work too mmm bacon+mayo+beef.

i need a housewife.

2 packets of ramen cooked in coconut oil with lots of celery, bacon, onions, chinese five spice and curry powder, sphagetti sauce, chili powder, garlic and 4 whole eggs.

Real bad stuff, I’m sure…but delicious.

This will probably be a short thread. I know that most of you never slip up and stray from your healthy lifestyle and diet.

for the few of you who give in to your base desires what are your favorite “bad” foods? I’m talking about stuff like haagen-dazs chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, black forest gateau, five guys burgers.

as one who backslides a few things I’m partial to. lumpia, fried ice cream, homemade lasagna, and if I don’t have to work next weekend a hog cook and oyster roast with all the trimmings such as shrimp stuffed jalapenos, hush puppies, onion rings, homemade oreo cheesecake, baked beans. you know what I mean.

I don’t think it’s backsliding if it’s done deliberately for a reason :). That means a) an all-out cheat day or b) an all-out cheat day on a bulking diet…

Love PIZZA, chipotle burritos, cinnamon rolls, coldstone ice cream (chocolate cake batter, or cinnamon with honey). And oreos.

Irn Bru, I love the stuff

Did you come up with that? It sounds kinda good, and cheap.

Yessiree.
The best “cheap” bad bodybuilding food I came up with…I evolved from ramen with a scoop of whey many moons ago to the concoction I described. try it out. The macros aren’t debilitatingly bad or anything. Add egg whites and even More celery (and some cabbage) to up the protein and fiber content.

ingredients:
2 cups ramen w. seasoning
2 pinches curry powder
2 pinches chinese 5 spice
1 tsp chili powder
lots of powdered garlic
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2-4 full stalks of celery
1/2 head of cabbage
carton of eggs

If you have a fast metabolism, take some ALA w/ this and you may get away with eating this ALL the time while bulking up.
