Nonexistent. I was having trouble progressing my squat once I started sprinting(my knees) so I decided to put the sprints on hold indefinitely. I’ll probably get the bug again once it gets a little cold out, I get the sprint fever in Spring and Fall.
On a positive note, my knees are better. I have been doing these front foot elevated lunges right before and in between squat sets. This might be why, not sure. If all goes well I think I will be squatting 135lbs by mid Sept.

I get it now… You are some wanna be Indian bra-burner. Well I hate to bust your bubble sis, but the best athletes are not white or Indian, they are black. Thorpe was good against the white boys, but he wouldn’t have had a shot against LT, Reggie White, let alone make it into the secondary. As for athletes in two sports… A few have done like Bo Jackson, but most choose to excel in one sport. There are tons of guys like Mike Vick and Donovan McNabb who did well in multiple sports, but selected one.
