In before pics they are not supposed to wear a flattering outfit, smile, or have hair and makeup done. Also posture should suck too. They try to make them look as bad as possible.

TO ME This is CLEARLY A body builder on a masive bulk> She absolutely has tons of muscle under that fat. This is not a classic before and after as in fat out of shape turns into babe. This is a pre cut post cut before and after. Not to take away she lost alot of body fat but this is an athlete low or high bodyfat she’s an athlete.
