Which of the following products would be better?
Product X has (per serving) 80 calories, 4g fat, 7g protein, 1g sugar.
Product Y has (per serving) 70 calories, 2g fat, 6g protein, 6g sugar.
Both products are of the same genetic coding and only differ by manufacturing process.
