Fat vs. Sugar

I hate asking questions like this because I know I’ll get a dozen flames, but I also get some useful answers as well so it’s worth it. Anyways, here’s the question…

Which of the following products would be better?

Product X has (per serving) 80 calories, 4g fat, 7g protein, 1g sugar.

Product Y has (per serving) 70 calories, 2g fat, 6g protein, 6g sugar.

Both products are of the same genetic coding and only differ by manufacturing process.

Better for what? To be used as a floor wax or a dessert topping?

Depends on what the fats are and what type of sugar it is. Also could I suppose boil down to goal but neither of those IO would consider High in either fat or carbs so mainly the first one.
