Fat Teenagers

simple question. we are told to be tolerant of others and we have all become tolerant to fat people, people are told to be comfortable in your own skin and that you don’t have to one of those skinny model types. but my question is what’s wrong with being skinny? even obese people are told that it’s ok to be so fat( go to naafa.org), so what the hell is wrong with being skinny?

The same thing that is wrong with the muscular people…they make the fat people feel bad. Since there are more of them than anyone else, the world will eventually just lynch anyone who can see their own genitalia without yoga stretching with a telescope.

Again, teach nutrition starting in grade school.

When all’s kids do is sit on their asses and play all the latest $50 dollar video games on their parents $1,000 dollar flat screen t.v. what do you expect? What ever happened to playing outside?

Well, atleast texting burns some calories.

When I was in high school, we had cheerleaders who were heavier than most football players. One day they were punished for some stupid shit, and had to run a lap around the track. They didn’t even make it half way before they nearly died. We would moo and yell “Beast!” when they walked together in herds.

Well done.

It takes a really big man to torment teenage girls that way.
They were the same age as me or older.

Yip, got a taste of the hawt and sekksyness that comes from inner city teenagers. So there I was minding my own business, eating my 3rd tray of baked tilapia (3 8oz filets per tray I’m told) at the Hometown Trough. Little did I know that the tub of sekksy behind me wanted some too, and when I turned around she gave me the nastiest gangsta, thug nation, gang sign throwing look. Well excuse me hawt chet, I didn’t know you were watching your calories due to the 14 oz of macaroni (no association with our potential heavily armed friend here) and cheese, the 18oz of corn bread dressing drowned in gravy, and your couple pieces of fried chicken already riding high on your plate.

I wouldnt eat tilapia if you paid me… I know I know they’re farm bread bla bla bla… Here in Hawaii that is the nastiest fish that lives in sewage(literally). If you spit in the water they swarm and fight over spit/piss/shit trying to eat it… I dont know one person here that will eat it besides the lil Filipino dudes that are raised on eating dog and blood meat… There are canals that people literally get sick and die from falling in but ONLY those nasty ass fish thrive in it… Id do some research into that shit loving fish before you eat it… It is the bottom of the bottom of bottom feeders.

A friend of mine is a teacher and she says that, in general, it is now the skinny kids being picked on in in her class, as opposed to the fat kids.

This thread has become boring and needs delicious chubby to survive.

Funny thing is now being fat is the norm, sitting around playing video games and shit is what normal kids do. But for us, we homeschool our kids, have no TV in the house, have a large garden with our own chickens and a couple goats to try and supply as much of our own food as possible and we are the ones who are labeled as weird. My parents think I am trying to start a cult or something. But I suppose if we were all fat and sat around doing nothing we would be more normal.

i think homeschooling is kind of weird. school for kids isnt about learning as much as it is about developing social skills.

the goats and chickens thing, thats weird because we live in an industrial society so unless you live in a rural area people would definitely look at you funny.

Your post instilled some fear in me, but I’m sure the stuff here is farmed. If I tried to eat the amount of fish in the form of high quality tuna (tuna belly is where it’s at!), salmon, halibut, snapper, or some sort of cod that I consume have in a fish meal (12-16oz) I would find myself in the poor house by the end of the week. Wow, seems like Hawaii is doing great after the American take over. Don’t be mean to lil Filipino dudes, they have feelings too. lol

Live, I agree. That was a well thought-out post. If you had capitalized correctly, I would have been forced to assume that you had been replaced by a pod person.

yeah…when you have to write everything in MLA format you get used to having to actually back up what you say with a link to a study or something.

plus i take a course in psychology that basically deals with the everyday crisis’ people face during various stages of life and also S.E.S. (social-economic status) and its effects on human growth and development (which is the name of the course) its a pretty helpful course in figuring out why the world is the way it is.

as for capitalization - its really not my thing.
SES plays a huge factor on health. Glad you pointed this out.

P.S. MLA for psych? Thought they would enforce APA format.

actually my History professor is the nutcase with the MLA. my psyche prof. has us write things in MLA style i believe because we’re always writing business letters and stuff. we dont do or document any experiments in that class so i guess maybe thats why. idk lol.

I took a short trip to texas a few weeks ago, and I don’t want to label certain areas as being fat, but I could not find a single person who looked to be “in-shape” or muscular/big. Also, after going to the mall every person seemed to be sporting a slight paunch: men, women, children. I thought this was all just a coincidence, until I saw this in the grocery store (fort worth):

I wouldn’t care about fat if it wasn’t so hard to find ‘real’ food where I live.

Sure you’ve got eggs and milk, and shit like that. Its all hormonally enhanced, for your consuming pleasure. Take a walk down the frozen section once… almost everyone shops there.

Frozen corndogs, hotdogs, ice cream dogs, chocolate tacos, popsicles lathered in fudge… etc.

Then the other isles… White bread, Grainy white bread, low fat white bread, diet white bread, wheat bread that looks like white bread… chex mix, cheetos, lays potato chips… mtn dew, diet mtn dew… Ah finally, natural peanut butter. Hey look!! Almonds! Great!!! Oh, nevermind, chocolate covered…
